I second Garmin Fenix. I have a Fenix 5 and it does everything I could want. Great for Tri’s but also has everything I would want for skiing, hiking, etc. plus the general health tracking stats are interesting if your into that.

Important Information Before You Buy!!

First, yes it is a real Fenix 5X. I love the way it looks and it is a monster of information to provide you on your workouts. What they don't tell you is that it might come from a different region; for instance the Garmin they sent me was an Asian region watch so I didn't have any US Maps preloaded ...

Anyone questioning the toughness of the fenix range, my enduro has taken absolute abuse and still works a dream. The screen only had one tiny scratch. Would have been through 8 fitbits by now.

I also banged my Fenix 5X countless times on rocks, walls,.... and it didn't get a single scratch! After 3 years it looks almost brand new and that's why I like it so much. Garmin watches sure can be expensive, but once you own one you see that you paid for that build quality and that it was worth every penny.

Last year, I gave in and decided to invest in Fenix 5x. It was mostly the multi sport aspect of it that's why I bought it. I felt it was safer to have the maps available in case I get lost on a hike.
