How To Fold a Gerber Cloth Diaper

For my first baby, I used Gerber diapers as burp cloths and they were GREAT. So absorbent and bigger than the dinky burp cloths sold as such.  I only had a few left so with baby #2 I have been hunting for the same diapers. First purchased a package labeled "birdseye" because it was all I could physically find in stores - immediately returned because they are a thin loose weave that wouldn't stop any liquid from passing through except right in the center where there was extra padding

We used these more as burp cloths than diapers in 2019. They will leak pee if used as diapers. They are thick down the middle and thin on the sides. I would prefer if they were thick everywhere like the ones I had ten years ago for my daughter

I got these becAuse my mother in law bought me a pack of reusable diapers and they work great as burp cloths. These are not as thick as the toys r us brand reusable diapers (the ones I originally fell in love with) but they work The cotton was all lumpy after washing and drying once also noticed some straggling strands of cotton on the outer edge
