 This is not a sponsored video I just received the product and I wanted to give it a try as I showed you guys This is what the box looks like. So it's really sleek black packaging It just says a Giorgio Armani and right here it says luminous silk foundation And I'm gonna try mine in the shade number six in this bottle You get a fluid ounce of foundation and on the packaging it doesn't really say much about the foundation All it says is the ingredients that it has so I'm just gonna go on their website and read the claims from there So the first thing I see is the color range and the color Selection that they have so it says that they have 24 different shades and they have two different sizes They have a standard size like this and then they have a travel size it retails for $64 on their website So it is definitely a high-end foundation and in the description It says reveal your inner light this luminous foundation glides on weightlessly for flawless lip from within glow using exclusive Micro-fill technology to sculpt and brighten this buildable medium coverage foundation improves texture and blurs imperfections Comes in 24 shades to match every unique skin tone and overall on their website They have a four point seven stars and that's all it says about the foundation So I'm gonna go ahead and just apply the foundation like I normally do I'm doing half with a Beauty Blender and the other half with a foundation brush and this brush is the Morphe and 439 so I'm gonna do half and half and we're gonna see How it covers and we're gonna see whether or not I feel like it meets some of the claims that it makes I did prime My face because I'm gonna be using this foundation all day today's Thanksgiving. So I'm gonna be using it all day and And putting it to the test big time because I'm gonna be eating and all that stuff So I prime my face with my benefit for professional primer I didn't want to use a primer that was mattifying and I didn't want to use a primer that was Hydrating because I didn't want to alter the finish of the foundation. Is expensive foundation worth it?

 I ran out of Seint foundation and I knew it would take 10 days to arrive in the mail. So that’s why I ordered Armani foundation. Personally, I would not recommend it as it is very expensive, it leaves a flat or matte finish on your face, which I think is not healthy looking

Also, I put self-tanner on So this could be a little light actually looks like look how good the tone looks That is definitely my undertone. I think this was like a medium light medium neutral shade Like I said, I put self-tanner on so this could be a little light and it might have been perfect when I didn't have Tanner, but let's just let's just go to work. Oh my What I mean you could call this a day you could say we're done Uh, okay last thing i'm gonna do is blush which this makes no difference This is just fun for me because I know blush is not going to mess up this foundation So I always mix these two I kind of like the more purpley one in the hourglass palette Honestly, don't even think i'm gonna add any more makeup like I just feel that my I look extremely healthy fresh Like I don't even want to like add mascara and like you know what I mean? I kind of just want to make keep this like a beautiful glowy healthy skin Like foundation routine, I guess you could say like this is like a very beautiful easy No makeup makeup look that I was not intending on doing for you guys But I just did that because I just feel like you all need this That combination of products in your life and like we're good to go

Don't waste your money! Too expensive for the actual product. I think La Roche Posay make -up is a much better product. The coverage is moderate at best and can have a reaction to the perfume in sensitive skin.

I put two Pumps on my hand So I'm mostly concentrated where I have the most acne over here and then I'm gonna drag the rest and I already prime my skin So if you want to know what I prime my skin with I decided to put the vitamin enriched face base by Bobbi Brown and also the auric Cosmetics luminizer in morganite. So it's just really really pretty for the medium coverage I would say that it is true very medium coverage and it looks absolutely flawless so far Oh, and by the way after I finish applying this I'm gonna show you with different lights So that means I'm gonna turn off the lights right in front of me so you can see what it looks like But let me just finish this real quickly. So so far

 Of course, you can see the imperfections as they said it was medium coverage Compared to here to here. So it does cover a bit. But the thing is I do have a lot of acne So let me turn off the light in front of me to see the difference like no nothing compared to foundation So just just a sec. All right, so that is the difference I know I have the luminizer and it's gonna be harder to see but as you can see it does cover a bit of Everything it looks very natural

-Giorgio Armani luminous silk foundation (also super pricy, but great coverage and doesn’t dry me out). -pixi glow tinted moisturizer. -coverFX foundations are typically too dry for me, but they have a water primer that when paired with the foundation is excellent at keeping moisture in.

I moisturize, put on jojoba oil and use a hydrating primer, but then when I put makeup on it still settles into the dry flakes and makes me look like a dragon. </p>

<p>The only foundation that sort of works is the Maybelline fit me dewy foundation, but even it’s not great on really bad days. I tried the fit me concealer but it was even worse.</p>
