Yes I was disappointed with the processor. I think this may have been designed for small apartments living by a single person. Having said that the instructions state placing the machine on the component container which then makes the feeding tube to high for normal height persons - My wife is 5' 8" and even just the machine on the counter it was difficult to use the loading tube. The processing bowl is way to small, I made Christmas cookies with the beater and the fitted scraping tool was a help, however as the bowl was small I had to make the cookie dough in batches

 Motor and gear noise: no longer painfully shrill & piercing, but far from pleasant or reassuring. It sounds more like a workshop tool than a kitchen appliance. Vibration is noticeable even if not troublesome. 4

  I must have read reviews on different food processors for weeks and the one thing that killed the purchase on many of them was they were unsanitary because you couldn't clean in the nooks and crannies. That is a deal breaker for me.  This is dishwasher safe, but I prefer to wash and dry by hand. I made sweet potato bread in it this morning

"Hamilton Beach 70820 Stack & Snap" Our 28 year old B&D food processor finally died. There are only two of of us in the household now so I was in search of a smaller capacity processor than the widely available 12-14 cup size. This 8 cup new release by Hamilton Beach looked intriguing, but being a new product, most of the reviews were “Vine” members who received it gratis in return for a review. Still, I liked a lot of the features so ordered it anyway and thought I’d add a full purchase price review to the mix

 Then I set it up to make our cat’s homemade chicken breast pâté. Zoom, zoom. Done in a flash. Didn’t realize how dull my old machine’s blades were

 As for cleaning, the fact that the pieces are dishwasher safe is excellent. I was able to get any and all food particles out easily.
