 The jar started leaking and the gear and blade assembly came loose. I submitted a warranty claim on the jar. Customer service replied that I voided the warranty because I put the screw back in the jar. REALLY? Hamilton Beach that’s unacceptable

 I tried adding liquid first but that didn't work. You have to take the sound cover off and use the masher to push it back down on the blades (losing the sound advantage the cover offers.) Very powerful though.

Noise level was not quiet enough. Quieter for sure, but still disruptive. Also, not great at making thick smoothie bowls. The container is bigger than single serve, so contents stick to side or above blades

 Even with the cover on it it is still loud. Some other brands combinations of blade and blender bodies will draw the contents down, run the blades though and circulate the contents back to the top. This one does not do that. A shame, I would have rated this higher if it did

Great little blender

This blender is powerful and easy to clean but unfortunately a black greasy ring formed under the jug after each use. The manual mentioned this in the troubleshooting as a potential issue, but I don’t think it’s okay to be selling models that have this flaw. I returned it, and am disappointed as it seems like an effective model apart from the lubricant issue.

Good blender but flawed

This is a great blender. However, it shouldn’t be marketed as a quiet blender. It’s loud AF and overpriced considering how it’s advertised.

Disappointing. After less than one month of daily use, the blade became loose and now it leaks out of the bottom. (You can see a gap in the picture with some leftover shake.
