I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

Pros: - Prints come out really excellent - It is very well spooled. This sounds weird but compared to other brands I've gotten where it's kind of randomly wrapped around, this is perfectly spooled. I'm not worried at all about it getting stuck Cons: - Unlike other brands (such as OVERTURE) the spool does not have a hole/window on the side to see how much filament you have left. This is the reason why I give it 4 stars

Very good filament

I've printed with, esun, taulman, polymaker, overture, and a couple of other brands, and the hatch box is probably the best looking and printing filament I've ever used, now I'm giving it a four-star rating because a spool I just received was full of moisture and also the filament itself definitely isn't the strongest but hatchbox is definitely my go-to filament brand.

 They sent me some videos of steps to perform to diagnose the issue, and within a couple of days determined I needed a new motherboard, which they sent me free of charge. It arrived in under a week, and they provided a video with instructions on how to swap it out, which was quite easily done. I'm back to printing now and cannot say enough good things about they competence and speed at which Qidi support helped resolve this issue - and from all the way across the world.  I've printed with PLA, PLA+, and TPU, and Qidi also claims that ABS is possible although I haven't tried it yet
