Satisfied with the test, though the link to 'Get a copy of the explanation of your report' doesn't work, so I had to sift through a ton of user questions in your FAQ section to fill in the blanks. Satisfactory, but I expected more for the price & for how long you've been doing this.

 I contacted an agent and tried to give the benefit of the doubt about my results by saying maybe something was wrong with the swabs or maybe the Dna was contaminated and I was told that nothing was wrong with my swabs and the results were accurate. I even had the mother show me proof of how far she was when she gave birth and I'm sure the Doctors did not make a mistake of telling her how far she was. I do not recommend testing at home. Pay the extra $100 for the lab because you don't want to walk around thinking a child is or is not yours because of a careless mistake
