Really heavy. The bindings and boots you picked are par for the course looking at double-duty gear, but those skis are heavy even for dedicated alpine use. Would recommend something more like a Head Kore or Elan Ripstick if you really want one setup for everything. Also, I'd go down a width or even two.

I ordered the 2022 Head Kore 85 X that's on sale at Evo for $369 and got Salomon Warden 11 bindings for $84 (last ones from Evo 😁). No more rentals for me!

They're very forgiving but still very fun. Intermediate (Comfortable anywhere up to single black runs). \- Head Kore 85. I love these skis.

In that category I personally like the Blizzard Brahma 88, Nordica Enforcer 88, and Head Kore 85. These three are All Mountain skis that perform very well on groomers and carve great.

As for skis, if you will be touring and spending time off piste, I would go wider than 79. The XDR 79 is not a ski that's designed for touring, it is more of an intermediate on piste ski that comes with a system binding (included) so it's not designed to be mounted with a pin binding. Something like the Volkl Blaze 86 W, Head Kore 85 W, Elan Ripstick 88 W, Atomic Backland 85 would be lightweight and also capable on piste and in the resort. For bindings, I don't recommend using a low tech binding like the Alpinist if you are also going to be skiing in the resort and on piste.
