 Alas, this lock wasn't a good fit for me. I found the lock itself a bit cumbersome to learn (the Velcro is a nice touch for securing the lock to your body, but I found it cumbersome when trying to actually lock the bike up), and thought it was a bit bulky to wear while riding. The lock is long enough to secure a tire and frame, but not both tires (usually I use a cable to secure the front tire to the U Lock) and my cable didn't fit in the Hiplok lock. 

A Good Option for Some

I am very impressed by the strength and security of the lock; however, the weight is very noticeable.

 I typically ride with a U-lock that fits into a strap on my messenger bag or attaches to my bike frame, so the new weight distribution was a difficult adjustment.

Secure but heavy

Not good for commuting in rain.

Functional, but requires U-lock too

I bought this in hopes of using with my road bike if I am stopping for lunch but it's way too big and bulky. I could see it being more useful for a commuter but it's too much for road biking and I'll be returning it.
