IKEA Adils

(The Adils are extended about as far as they'll go without wobbling - the tabletop is at 29" - in fact, I've got 4 legs because the Alex isn't supporting the tabletop at all at this point.). * It's heavy and difficult to move away from the wall for better access to the full surface, for better lighting, or just to sweep the floor underneath. (so many stray threads and pins...). * The Alex drawers look really nice, and their color matches the tabletop perfectly, but they're a huge pain for storing small items that can get tipped out of their container, like pins or buttons, since the drawers can't be opened fully.

The table came with pre drilled holes and the adils legs came with the mounting bracket and legs.

My first experience at IKEA sucked. Why are the ADILS legs so difficult to put on? I've built many things before and something just doesn't seem right. The screws refuse to go all the way in.

I used both as a counter height dining tables so I needed the adjustable Olov but Adils is right for desk height. I was also afraid of sagging since they're so heavy so I put in a middle leg in both the height and width center and haven't had any sagging for about 5 years.
