It has a high chair attachment, and then you can take it off later and then adjust the seat and foot rest as they grow. If I had to get a high chair only, the ikea Antilop is the way to go. Easy to clean, and also easy to travel with when you visit other peoples houses, something I didn’t think about when I got the bulky Graco one. The price point of the ikea one is also 👌 at $20 as opposed to $125 for the other chair.

I bought the ikea antilop chair with a seat cushion and then separately ordered a foot rest and placemat. I’m pretty sure all in all it cost 1/5 of what the stokke cost and it’s easy to clean and really cute.

The IKEA Antilop high chair is inexpensive and super easy to clean, so if you are staying with family they could go buy one and have it when you get there, you could easily pay them back. For the time change, I would see if you could push her bedtime a little later before you leave, like maybe by an hour, so you only have two hours to change when you’re there.

Another vote for the IKEA Antilop. Plus you can get nice things off Etsy to jazz it up like contact paper wraps to make the legs look like wood. We got that and a footrest both in walnut, and a silicone mat for on the tray from Yeah Baby Goods.

The Antilop worked fine and was familiar for him when dining outside because so many places use it too. Kinda glad we didn’t buy a convertible one too because he wanted to be in a “big boy chair” soon enough so we upgraded to the IKEA junior chair - bought it together and he was so happy with it. When I had the Antilop I didn’t find places that sold the footrest but for my next baby I’ll definitely add on the footrest!.
