 I mean, it feels kind of nice. And the Meizu has got even a little bit less treble, but a little bit more sort of extended treble so that I think the effect is that, in my opinion at least, the Meizu has got a little bit more texture in the upper treble while these have a little bit more texture in the sub bass. So which one you're going to prefer, I don't know, which one do I prefer, it kind of depends on the song and in my mood. I do find that the Meizu is maybe a little bit more clinical and maybe a little bit more interesting to listen to from like a picking out details perspective, but I think the tonality here is a little bit stronger and it's just like a little bit more of an enveloping sound if that makes any sense

 So you still got the one Nulls balanced armature driver, and then the one dynamic driver for the low frequencies. I'm kind of interested to see if this thing actually sounds much different. I mean, it's $50 more expensive, so I hope it sounds different. Let's go ahead and open up the box and find out

 It's not as neutral and analytical as I typically like, but for what this thing does, really nice smooth sub bass that for some songs is just, I don't know, again, it's just like this enveloping, comfortable sound that it's never muddy at all. You know, even though it's pretty big on bass, it's never muddy. It's still pretty strong on clarity, but a very relaxing, just very smooth listen. And I think that, you know, for an extra $50 on top of the OH1, I think this is a very, very nice successor

Ikko OH10 Super Review - Looks + BASS = ??

To put it in layman terms: the earphone instrumentals and bass sound high quality. The vocals on the other hand sound as if they came from $30 Skullcandy earphones. I've decided to stick with my OH10s for now. I had ordered the Z12s but decided to cancel the order after this comparison

 While there are a handful of songs that might be a little bit harsh on the treble, for 90% of my music the Ikko performs beautifully. It's a pity that these IEMs are not well-known in Korea.

   - (Sound - Treble) Out of a total of 1,100 tracks I've listened to, there were around 10~12 tracks where sibilance was a bit too much for me. I did not face problems for most tracks. - (Tips) The tips provided within the box does its job. However, foam tips seem to work the best with these IEMs, whether you use Ikko's foam tips or third party tips (I prefer the Nobunaga Super Softs)   - (Accessories) There seems to be different accessories depending on the box? While others seem to have received a separate pouch and leather instructions sheet, my box came with a leather pouch that included the instructions sheet

 So they do best the ones in that regard but the ones are still a champion for me, maybe under say $1000 for being able to produce an incredible soundstage and incredible image. The OH-10 couldn't keep up in that regard and so both of these are exceptional IEMs with different reasons to buy them. The fact that the OH-10 come in so much cheaper makes them a real bargain in my book. So if you're in the market for an IEM that has very good balance tonally, has good resolution and detail without getting too much into focusing on a particular part of the spectrum, one that looks beautiful, is going to be hard wearing and is comfortable and seals well, then the OH-10 should 100% be on your list

Ikko OH10 IEM Review - The best IEM I've heard under $200

 Right now it feels like these barely make it into my ears and definitely dont feel really secure. I havent had them fall out yet, but I wouldnt want to take them with me when working out. Ill stick with my Mangird Tea's for that.  I attached pictures comparing the nozzle length and angle of these to the Mangird Tea to show the difference

 I also like the overall balance of the sound for music. I can tell there are some "scooped" sections of the frequencies, but overall it is very pleasing for most genres of music. The deeper and warmer sound of these also works well with audiobooks. The high's are there, but a little pulled back which helps with high frequency fatigue during long listening sessions

Overall these are very nice IEMs. They are molded well to the average ear and although heavy, they are not so heavy that it is uncomfortable even after a few hours. The sound quality is very good. I would put these up with the best I have heard around the $200 mark

Sound great, fit decent

 I found that both of those easily pushed the Eiko OH-10. Alright, so inside the box the Eiko OH-10, slide off the outside box you get this little interesting envelope with some paperwork on the inside and this odd carrying pouch which is made of leather which is a nice touch but it's just it's not practical whatsoever. You get a cable which we'll discuss here in a moment and you also get some silicone tips and the silicone tips work okay. I had no problems with them other than they just really didn't ever fit in my ear

 So overall the Iko OH-10. I really like the Iko OH-10. I enjoy it and it's a very pleasing and fun sound but it's not natural and it's not realistic and in my opinion it just misses the mark that I'm looking for for a $200 IEM. I enjoy it

If it's something that you're looking for I totally understand and if you're looking for that fun and engaging sparkly energy, airy, breathy sound with a big stage, totally understand why you would go for the Iko OH-10 but for me personally I'm gonna go for the IBASO IT-01 or the Drop Plus Universal. This has been Dave, the honest audiophile

 And then also the Edamotic ER-2 SE. The SE is a little bit leaner in the bass but still has very good details and clarity but the mids have a little bit more airiness, a little bit more energy and a little bit more sparkle to them. They're not quite as forward and full as they are on the XR and the treble. Excuse me, the treble is a little bit more extended and the soundstage is a little bit wider on the SE and the SE is a little bit more energetic

IKKO OH10 - Obsidian - Musical Emotion Eruptions!?

Using it to just listen while walking around on campus, for my dac amp I use a qudelix 5k and a lightning cable for my iPhone. I mainly listen to metal, electronic, and hip hop. Somebody told me to buy from moondrop but i’m kinda iffy on that cause he likes anything with an anime girl on the box.

Looking for IEMs around the 200-300 price range

 Just note you might end up spending a little more on a cable for this set.  Another thing to keep in mind is that this set is large and heavy for an iem. This is fine for me since they seem to fit perfectly in my ears but YMMV.  Due to the potential fit issues and the included cable I am giving this set 4 stars

 The list of iems includes the Tin Hifi T2s, T2 Plus, Blon BL03, KZ ZS10 Pro, KZ ZAS, Moondrop Quarks, Moondrop Aria, Final Audio VR3000, Final Audio E5000, Etymotic ER2XR and Sennheiser IE300. The Ikko OH10 are my personal favorites out of all of these. For me they are the perfect combination of a comfortable fit and fun sound that does not get fatiguing. The OH10 have great bass with a bit of a thump and detailed treble that never gets sibilant

 This is fine for me since they seem to fit perfectly in my ears but YMMV.  Due to the potential fit issues and the included cable I am giving this set 4 stars.

They also have a fairly wide soundstage for an iem with great instrument separation.  My only complaint for this set is that the included cable is terrible, however, this was not an issue for me since I have a bunch of spare cables laying around

Hi all, I have been using Ikko OH10 as my main driver for a year now. I love the sound it gave, that fun v-shaped tuning with heavy bass shelf and strong upper-midrange lift. The fact that it play any genre of music well suit me as I listen all type of music.
