And then you can disengage this down, make sure everything's aligned, lock it back into place and then what i'll do is i'll bring out the bench a little bit here make sure i'm aligned and then what you can do is you're going to want to turn the Bar towards yourself come down here, lock it, which this also acts as a safety mechanism, if you're not able to do the weight, so it also acts as a spotter, which is awesome for anyone who works out alone and then you're free to do your your bench. Press and this works with almost any other movement as well

 So, if you're starting off with your newly installed unit and your bar, is up top here, you'll want to detach it. There'S a little safety yellow lever right here, you'll see on the right hand, side of your unit. Amazing buy, INSPIRE just needs to get on the technology bandwagon!

 You could literally put this straight up against here to save another three inches, there's nothing behind this thing that needs this comes out, like maybe half an inch, but it's still shorter than how far that is. So, even if you put that right against the wall, this isn't hitting anything, there's nothing behind this machine that you need to get to. So you literally, if you met. If you look up the dimensions on, you can literally have it flat against your wall

 You pick this bad boy up. This also has a little square thing with holes in it and there's where it goes, and obviously it's got a pin. So I'm gon na set the phone down. I'M gon na stick this in and when I do extensions leg extensions
