 So when you're doing something like a back workout, that's something that you know You could do more weight with Like I do the whole stack with a close grip pull down Well, I do it at the end of my workout or I go slow I superset it with something learn to fatigue yourself so you could use this machine to the full capability Like I said, there's plenty you could do with this machine, even though the weight doesn't go real high So that's it for today guys.  You can obviously move your bench up to get a bigger stretch, but there you go. I would suggest or I would recommend if you were looking to build a home gym, you don't have a lot of room, but you want to be able to do a lot. If you were to choose over the squat rack or a cross trainer, I would definitely go with this cross trainer, especially if you have tight space. You can do your bench presses if you have a bench

 I like the high-fucking weight on there. And this destroys my legs every single time. You can obviously move your bench up to get a bigger stretch, but there you go.
