But for wireless buds these do the trick. They even have some of that coveted "x factor" that a lot of people look for in good speakers or headphones. I do think these sound good because they match great with me as well.

 These aren't hard to setup once the APP actually works for a modern android or iphone but if you don't like using stuff like that and don't like using APPs in general stay away from these.  The other star lost from me is on the bluetooth multipoint connect. When I was looking these up one of the things I was hoping for the most was the ability to have them paired to my PC, VR headset, and phone all at once without needing to constantly repair. I could have sworn it said these supported multipoint connect when I first checked the comparison chart but then other places said these (Elite 3) don't and only more expensive ones do

 Though I wasn't really looking for super high quality sound, they're definitely better than any other $20-30 pair I've used before and about the same as my gaming headset quality.  I saw in some reviews that others were unable to pair them with their PC and I was also unable to do this when the Sound+ App was unavailable at first. However, after the app came up and I paired them with my phone and set them up there, I was then able to pair them with my PC just as easily and they worked better than my previous $40 earbuds. So they DO work with a PC using bluetooth

  I've only used them for a day or so now but after the app could be downloaded they were pretty easy to get setup and pretty comfortable to wear. Nothing amazing in regards to setup/charging/comfort but not bad either.  Sound quality is very good. There's a few options in the app to make enhancements and you can alter them a bit in other sound options as well

Pretty Good Earbuds So far

 You know, why not? The case is something I've always liked from Jabra earbuds. And here they're following the same overall geometry of the 75Ts, the 85Ts. The case is that nice upright design. This unfortunately does not have wireless charging

 And that is until now. Finally, in 2021, we're seeing some really incredible earbuds break down below the $80 price point. And so today we're talking about the brand new Jabra Elite 3, which is a pair that does just that. They check a lot of boxes with some big specs, some great features, and in many ways they're kind of the flagship killer of earbuds

 The earbuds themselves have a slightly different design. They look a little bit more triangular, as you can see, compared to something like the 75Ts, but they do more resemble the 75Ts in my opinion, as opposed to the 85Ts. That is, they're a little bit more compact and they seem to go deeper in the ear canal. And I think that's a big positive, especially for fit, for security, and for comfort

However, these are very comfortable and so far are good with calls. It will be even more useful once Jabra actually incorporates multi-point with a future firmware update. If you're looking for decent sound and a comfortable fit (and still performing fine with calls for the most part), honestly, I'd say just go with the Elite 3's.

 They're not /bad/ necessarily; they just don't weigh up to my old set, in features and in use.  Pros of the Jabras: Notably good sound quality Better magnet for case closure  But, other than that,,, using these made me miss the Samsungs more than anything.  The Jabras don't fit as well in my ear. I'm a blue collar worker, so my go-to is to put one earbud in with transparency mode on, and listen to music while I work, so I can still talk to my coworkers as needed

 These headphones were uncomfortable for long periods of use. I tried every tip size and never found one that stopped my ears from hurting. I kept having to take my gloves off to adjust the position in my ear or risk getting grease on the headphones or myself. Just overall not as pleasant to wear

 Unfortunately, my pair was stolen and, after I usurped his pair, they fell victim to our washing machine.  Those buds are no longer in production so I decided to try the Jabras.  I'm Mark and I'm back to let you know what's worth buying before you buy it, so let's get into the review. So I said at the start of the video I had two big problems with these so here's the first one before we get to sound quality after one and a half weeks of owning these buds the left earbud is completely dead it doesn't charge it doesn't turn on when you remove them from the case it is a tiny earbud corpse RIP I never dropped them I hadn't even really been out of the house that much with them the case didn't get a battering or anything like that so the first thing I did obviously was I unpaired them from my device to try and repair them but guess what you need to long press both buttons on both buds to put them back into pairing mode and as one bud is dead I can't pair them to anything so I can't even use the right working buds with anything either. So I got in contact with Jabra's customer support you know as I am a paying customer and they basically confirmed that they were dead here's the last email that they sent me so I'll be returning the dud pair shortly as I've already bought a replacement pair which are currently in full working order but for how long will they be in full working order who knows I did try and charge the dead bud in the new case still doesn't power on so yep it's definitely dead I chose not to mention this problem during one of my review rounds where I rate the buds because I won't be deducting any points for this in my final rating because hopefully I'm just unlucky this won't affect you it's hopefully just an isolated case but still I felt it was definitely something you guys should know before buying these as in my opinion that definitely raises questions about the lifespan of these buds just based on my experience here okay now that's out of the way let's talk sound quality where I encountered my to let me know you still exist okay here's the second big problem I had with the Elite 3 the Jabra Elite 3 have some of the worst audio hiss of all time yes of all time and yes that's both in the pair that died and in my new pair as well so at least I could confirm that that wasn't just a defect in my original unit seems to be in all of them and in case you don't know what audio hiss is it's basically also known as audio static and it's kind of comparable to tape hiss you'd get on a old cassette tape it's literally just a constant like I can't put it better than that long story short it's pretty annoying when I'm trying to assess sound quality and it's not just a little audio static either as I've experienced in the past it can actually be as loud as playback is at 10% volume meaning it is definitely audible at lower volumes during quieter songs and yes it's in both earbuds not just one or the other the hiss kicks in as soon as you power on the buds and stops about 30 seconds after playback ends and as soon as you hit play it kicks right in again and just begins hissing like an angry snake but of course I can crank up the volume of my tracks to drown out the hiss because then I can finally begin to appreciate the wonderful sound signature that Jabra has actually given us here there's a subtle emphasis on bass without being too overpowering whilst mids and highs retain exceptional detail for the price needless to say they don't come close to matching or besting the 85t which have far better soundstage and overall clarity with zero hiss whatsoever but the Elite 3 do somehow come scarily close so yes this is the Jabra sound signature I was hoping for but certainly not in the way I wanted so far I haven't really found any reviews that mention the hiss but I did find a thread on Jabra's Reddit which has been posted by other customers overall because of all that it's going to be a 5 out of 10 for sound quality as the Elite 3 suffer with one of the worst cases of audio static I've heard in a very long time if not ever if the hiss was entirely absent it'd probably be an 8 out of 10 at least I will admit that once your ears kind of get used to it they just sort of tune out the hiss so it's possible to kind of live with it but that doesn't change the fact that you can get the same or better sound quality elsewhere at this price with no hiss required overall the Jabra Elite 3 scored a 43 out of 60 which is a solid a 7.1 out of 10 overall the pros are an insanely compact design awesome fit great mic quality IP55 rating aptX and a Jabra sound signature at an affordable price the cons are they're lacking a little in terms of functionality for this price in late 2021 with no AMC and no custom equalizer settings some of the worst audio hiss I've encountered to date and they most definitely raised some pretty awkward questions about how long these buds will truly last during regular use there is so much good here but to me the audio hiss is an instant turnoff because there's always an option available without it no matter what price point you're at in my opinion a very respectable audio company like Jabra that I personally really love shouldn't be shipping products out like this especially when even the cheapest of the cheap buds rarely suffer with this issue you can just check out my other reviews as a great example so I'm sure you won't be surprised to hear that after my experience which you've heard I cannot recommend these buds to you guys at all I mean I've got a pair that I'm about to send back and that says it all really and there was so much I love about them which just really annoys me about the situation but what I will say is definitely check out the Soundcore Life P3 which are at a very similar price point offer a very similar sound signature and they don't hiss like an angry snake

WATCH BEFORE YOU BUY! ❌ Jabra Elite 3 Budget True Wireless Earbuds Review

Just bought Jabra elite 3 yesterday. Almost everything about it is very good like very solid passive noise cancel, very good fit, very good bass performance, good response with equalizer, good music performance, hear through is fine enough I guess.

 So short the charging case can't stand straight. This is actually incredibly annoying, as the case not sitting upright means you can't easily see the charging status light. I know it seems petty, but I really can't overstate how annoying it is, and it's really odd to me that it isn't a recurring theme in everyone else's reviews. c) Pairing with an android assistant (Alexa or google assistant) wasn't very intuitive and they (and the Alexa app if you already have it installed) were overly aggressive in trying to set Alexa as the default assistant

 If it doesn't fit well in my ears, I can't use them, which is like my tragedy. It's a tragic tale of fossil because they don't fit in my ear canals as well. If you have more, if you have like bigger ear canals or you've used earbuds like this before and they fit fine, then you'll have no problem. And I have no problem recommending them to you
