Just received my Kabuki Transformer bar on Saturday, only took 5 weeks, I was expecting 12-16! When I opened the box, there was a significant amount of damage on the arms as well as the bar itself. Both arms had several places where there was deep gouging, like it was dragged across something, the handles of the bar where the bend occurs have some deep pitting as if the chrome was damaged during the bending process, and the bar itself has what looks like acid stains that do not rub off. I reached out to their customer service and they indicated that this is all standard as it occurs during the build and manufacturing process.

The Vulcan black oxide rusts even faster than the bare steel on my Kabuki Transformer bar. Black oxide gives a nice feeling grip, but I won't buy it again.

When the sleeve plate is in the laser cutting process, we have to make a small tab on the product to keep that piece in place. Just wanted to toss a positive word out for EliteFTS customer service. I canceled a SSB so I could order a Kabuki Transformer bar instead. EliteFTS CS team was great and made the cancellation easy.
