Impressive Machine made well - **UPDATE**

 I have tried to find out where the sound is coming from to try to plug it but it's coming from somewhere inside the machine. I opened it but still can't find it. This is literally the only gripe we have. Everything else about the machine is great

 IT IS EAR PIERCING! It literally wakes up anyone in an adjoining room and makes our dog desparately try to escape to any closet he can get access to. Everyone hates this! This is a great coffee maker... except for one thing

Love the fact that you can set it to brew and forget it vs older models that require you to turn on unit and wait for it to heat up before you can make a cup. What I bought it for though was the milk frothing feature. (Prior to this purchase I had been doing it myself with a frother tool and I'm great at it, but it's.

 Nothing major, but little room for design improvement there - maybe there's a technical reason for that.

 This one's for someone who just want a decent cup of coffee to start their day, nothing fancy. Second, the machine is easy to maintain, takes about 4-5 mins to make a cup if ypu start from scratch and add milk etc. One flaw I felt was warming milk and making coffee could be some at the same time. Since those two functions are done one after other, it takes 2 mins more and can be bit annoying if you look for efficiency
