 The other drawer is designed to hold produce, but, as i've mentioned, you can use these drawers for anything that you most access and in our case that would be drinks. So that's what we store in these drawers. It will hold cans of soda beer or whatever else you'd like to store up right in the drawers. So you can maximize your space and i love how the soft clothes will just glide the drawers closed and you don't have to worry about slamming them shut

 I explained I needed a new thermostat and ice maker and I asked them to provide the ice maker free of charge and I'd pay shipping. I felt it was really important that Kitchenaid understood that this many problems with their products within 8 years was frustrating and since I already spent 800 on the repair I thought they would at least offer to help defray the cost of the remaining repairs that were small. Let's be honest cost to Kitchenaid to a replacement icemaker was about $25 bucks and I offered to pay the shipping. Their response was it was out of warranty and they were unwilling to do anything

 So this is the platinum interior. So man, we really love the interior this refrigerator, as you can see the space that it has on the inside of it. It'S up to you, how you want to make the shelves and adjust the shelves as well, but we love the interior because the interior matches the stainless steel outward or you can have the black stainless steel as well.  Plan on renewing it once it expires. The produce /meat draw failed in first two years. Entire left door with ice box had to be replaced the following year. If the ice does not freeze properly get service ok n it ASAP or moisture will leak into the produce/meat draw causing that too to fail

 Wire harness for the deli drawer rubs through or the wires bend and break. Fans quit. Circuit boards fail. This whole thing is just poorly designed, or maybe designed to fail

 One example of the cheapness and poor design of this appliance is the interior fans which are literally a computer fan. They are not meant to run in this moist cold environment.  We probably will have to buy a new fridge to replace this barely 3 year old fridge that looks like new, and is very nicely styled. You can't depend upon it cooling, and it is expensive losing food constantly
