Klipsch RP-8000F review 2022 - BEST Floorstanding Speaker 2022

Good and quite sensitive speakers. But not as clear as the pioneer they are replacing in my system. Still trying to figure out why. But so far so good

 A quicker, clean mid-bass that was unheard of on the Klipsch 600M. So this speaker, yes, it is a phenomenal upgrade from the 600M. And it is something that you can't achieve with a 600M plus a subwoofer. Because not only are you getting a full bottom end, you're getting that mid-bass that was non-existent on the Klipsch 600M

 Perhaps because these are on a higher, kind of taller seating, as you can see here. Or maybe it's just the frequency being more full, spectrum is helping with the high frequency as well. But you're going to get nevertheless a bigger soundstage and a wider dispersion, even dispersion in my opinion. And from my ears, that's what I heard

 And so be very careful not to play any kind of poor recordings on these speakers. In fact, when you power these speakers, yes, it is very sensitive and you can power these with a tube amplifier. I would say anything like 50 watts and below even 30 watts will do it justice in this type of space. But yeah, even component wise, if you put shit, it will tell you that it's shit

 Now let me explain. You're going to get the same kind of airiness and quickness, high frequency extension and excitement that you got from the Klipsch 600M. But what you're getting more is the bass region, just like if you were to add a subwoofer. The 8000F has two 8-inch woofers added to them

Right now I have the floor standing  Klipsch RF-8000F and I am not happy. No matter how high I turn the  volume, they don't sound loud enough. I guess it's the lack of mids?

 Crosby, stills, Nash, and young have overtones and harmonies I've only heard on my sennheiser 660s'. Finally we get to where these really shine, classic rock and loud electronic. As you go up in volume (at least on the amp I have) every 10 volume seems to wake the speakers up to a new level of volume. Up until 10 and I can listen comfortably at midnight, but 11 brings out the percussive sound in the weapons on SG-1 that's a bit much for that late

 They come with feet that prop them up but the space bellow them produces bass tones into the floor. Adding this rug underneath soaks up most of that and can help with floor vibration. (Though these produce enough sound forward it won't matter when you turn them up)  (Also be warned these are huge and heavy and a pain to move.)

  I highly recommend watching Andrew Robinson's review on YouTube as he is able to put the tone of these into far better words than I.  Also something I recommend with these if in a second floor apartment is to get small long pile bath mats to put them on. They come with feet that prop them up but the space bellow them produces bass tones into the floor. Adding this rug underneath soaks up most of that and can help with floor vibration

 The same is true going from 20 to 21 where suddenly you go from hearing the bass clearly to feeling it as well. Then there's 30 to 31 which I can not in good conscience do while living in an apartment. I had heard people jokingly say that you aren't using your klipsch speakers correctly until you've cracked your drywall. I get it

 So the ones that work well were with the IOTA VX. That combo, I did have to turn up the the bass to plus three with tone control and I had to use an external DAC. The built-in DAC was a little bit too lean sounding for me but once I have the external DAC and plus three with the tone control for bass, it sounded great and I was able to listen for long sessions. I also paired it with my Modrite LS100, my Exosound E28, as well as the Moon W5

 Just make sure your front end has enough juice to control the drivers. If you want more definition, I guess you can go with this. Sure it does not have the same definition as this but it's still pretty good, especially if your front end has good control on the bass. Having spent time with this Klipsch RP-8000F further reinforced this idea I have that today's budget speaker are no longer the same as yesterday's

 That setup though pairs well with bright speakers. My Volca Cantus, my Kev LS50 and a few other bright speakers that I've tried with, it works well. So that setup also worked well with this and finally the one that surprised me the most was with the Yamaha WXA50 with an external DAC. We were quite blown away and we realized that you actually don't need a lot of power to drive these speakers with good bass and I'm waiting to get the Yamaha WXA50

 The built-in DAC was a little bit too lean sounding for me but once I have the external DAC and plus three with the tone control for bass, it sounded great and I was able to listen for long sessions. I also paired it with my Modrite LS100, my Exosound E28, as well as the Moon W5.3, also the Classy D200. That of course is a higher-end setup and it paired well with it

Klipsch RP8000F review. Better than the Klipsch RP600M?

 Grab you a pair probably won’t go wrong with these I can see why everybody loves them even some of my stuck up audiophile friends We just sit around like yeah you know just grab some beer crank up some Dire Straits some Metallica maybe some now Snoop Dogg Waylon Jennings Charlie Daniels and the damn thing does knock out some movie soundtracks if you like Hans Zimmer did really good on the Daft Punk Tron soundtrack. Jazz jazz jazz oh yeah saxophones horns lol horns through a horn loaded tweeter . They are big but it’s kind of worth It. In the world of trying to choose speakers with so much and so many out there these days and it’s kinda hard to choose especially when you have everybody on social media trying to tell you how to listen to your music these right here a safe bet and you can get them and listen to your music the way you want to that’s what I like about these They seem to appeal to anybody turn the bass up it sounds good you can turn the bass down it still sounds good you can crank your treble up and blow your windows out you can turn the treble down and whisper , they seem to do everything equally good yes there is better but are they this fun You decide

(need more cowbell) This 8000f is a listening speaker this is what I was looking for I have many things I play with that’s considered audiophile ( speaker collected nut here) but today’s audiophile sound makes me laugh I just want to say where’s the beef this brings the beef back into the speaker and it doesn’t cost that much I placed mine right next to my pair of revel 208s .I actually prefer listening to the klispch even know you can probably tell that the revel is the better speaker but it’s hard to put a finger on it the klispch doesn’t do everything perfect it just does everything funner . Its like this you kind of tend to stop using your music to play with your equipment and use your equipment to listen to your music with these speakers ,makes it fun . The new 8000 series 2 or out so you can find these series 1 for a good deals I got the piano gloss blacks for around 1000 bucks here on Amazon and threw a coat of McGuire‘s car wax on them they use some type of polyester type don’t quote me but the finish it almost looks like a real life black car automotive finish that’s one of the reason I actually put carnuba wax on them very beautiful just sitting there in the room saying crank me up They don’t need much power they very efficient and work with just about anything I throw on them I ended up keeping them paired with a rotel integrated amplifier and I barely crank it and it’s fills the room nicely

 But this one is the most cost effective in this price range as well. So for this flow standing speaker, which is stunning in any settings, it comes with the signature clips design and the color palette. As you can see, a lot of black and copper is being used in the grills and the ventilation grills as well, even in the tweeters. But the one which we have featured here is a matte black, which is also called the ebony black in their brochures

 Now as a conclusion for today's video, all we would like to say that we are impressed, totally impressed with the speaker. He has the perfect design, the perfect style. He has a good input, has a low frequency base and is audible enough from a different building if we put it in a higher setting, which we don't recommend, but he is beautifully designed and is future ready as well. All we have to say about this stunning piece is he's beautifully engineered, perfect to fit all your rooms, all your needs for your home theater, has a very good base, has can work wonderfully in a low frequency and we have thoroughly enjoyed using him and we recommend you try it too

 So the most asked questions about a flow standing speaker are these. First, is it loud? Yes, it is one of the loudest speakers available in this price range and it's beautifully brings out all the sounds. Number two, is it loud without distortion and strain in the music and sound? Definitely yes. Does it work very well in low frequency? Yes

 This four feet tall boy has a perfect, impressive base with stunning design, which seamlessly fits into any room, any decor as well. And he is scratch resistant. Review! KLIPSCH RP-8000F FLOORSTANDING SPEAKER

 Audiophile quality? i dunno maybe not quite that (or even what that really means) but for about $5k all in i couldn't be happier. I've had them running for about 20 hours now so they're still just getting broken in and i guess will only sound better over time. Very happy with this purchase.

 Everything is so clean and the separation between the low and high end is just incredible. Granted I've been listening to nothing but compressed music streamed through cheap bluetooth speakers for the last ten years, but man oh man i'm so satisfied with this setup. Audiophile quality? i dunno maybe not quite that (or even what that really means) but for about $5k all in i couldn't be happier.  I am cranking (CRANKING) the SRV/Albert King sessions right now, but everything i've played through these sounds fantastic, from Rush to Billy Joel to Run The Jewels to Beethoven. With my setup, hooking them up bi-amp made a huge difference. Everything is so clean and the separation between the low and high end is just incredible. Granted I've been listening to nothing but compressed music streamed through cheap bluetooth speakers for the last ten years, but man oh man i'm so satisfied with this setup
