 The mid-range is really tough to pick apart between the two models. It's really in the treble where you hear the most difference and like I was saying before the treble is just more natural here. It's got better treble extension so more more above the sort of 10 kilohertz range which means it it has a little bit more sparkle. It has a little bit more airiness to it

 I would still choose this but if you really like to hear detail and really like clarity this would be the one to get. And if you want if you like sort of big bass especially those big sub bass rumbles this one is the way to go as well. So would I recommend the ZSX Terminator from KZ? Yeah definitely definitely it's one of the best IEMs around the $50 mark. It is it's even one of the best you can get for under a hundred dollars in my opinion

I have some VE Monks and KZ ZSN Pro buds and I have the say the difference in quality of sound under $50 in the last like 20 years is absolutely nuts..... People today are spoiled haha, some may never know those bad old days...

my foam tips went and crumbled on me and none of my tips I have on hand give me the same fit, but I like their signature a whole lot better and gaaahhh I hate this. I have the zst-x so not quite as fancy ;) would you recommend these tips? I’m going insane lmao

My sub 100€ endgame: KZ ZSX with three layer silicone tips

 And also, sometimes, I don't necessarily want to be on camera with a pair of cans always on frame, like, I don't want that, I want something a little bit cleaner, something a little more professional looking. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is where I once purchased the HyperX gaming earbuds for the Nintendo Switch, but they also work on anything with a 3.5 out port. Anywho, these guys, unfortunately, didn't sound that great, but not only that, they're also very uncomfortable

 So today we're gonna be taking a look at the KZ ZSX in-ear monitors, and the only reason I'm checking these out are, well, I was on the internet browsing some articles on top recommended in-ear monitors for gaming, and although the website's kind of not necessarily the most reputable source that I've ever seen before, it listed these at number one, and what caught my eye here is that these are $59.99, they're pretty well rated on Amazon, about a thousand plus reviews with about four and a half stars, and they kind of met the criteria. So why in-ear monitors? Why would I bother taking time into reviewing those and checking those out? Well, for starters, I love headsets, I really do, I think headsets, some of them are amazing and they deliver great sound experiences, and I think sound is about 80% of the experience for me in games, right? So if you have a great story and great gameplay but crappy sound, you kind of lose me, whereas if you have a decent story and decent gameplay but excellent sound, you keep my attention, at least for longer than some other games might. But the thing with headsets is like, you always gotta, you know, put them on, and oh my god, that's such a terrible thing, first world problems, I get you, I understand where you're coming from, right? But there's, if you don't get the right headset, you're gonna get something very uncomfortable with a lot of clamping force and it gets annoying

5 out port. Anywho, these guys, unfortunately, didn't sound that great, but not only that, they're also very uncomfortable. Like, I'll show you some, like, pictures zoomed in here, like the design of this thing, the way that these are designed, it's just, it's not comfortable, first of all. The other thing, too, is it doesn't really create a good seal in my ear, so a lot of sound gets out, a lot of sound gets in, and it's kind of annoying, and I don't recommend it, they're kind of garbage, okay? So, I saw the article talking about the KZ-ZSX in-ear monitors, I picked them up, they got here the very next morning, thank you, Amazon, and first things first, y'all, let's check this out, alright? They just go in, like any nice little earbud would do, and they have this design where the wiring is designed to basically loop around the back of your ear, you push them in here, make sure that the seal is nice and good, and that's it

Chi-Fi IEMs rundown (details/"reviews" in the comments)

 I just have T3's and I want to describe my experience listening to both since they are aiming at the same price range.  Sound signature: So I can describe listening to KZ ZSX like sitting right next to a subwoofer on a concert. Yes, it's powerful, but it feels like it constantly smashes your head with bass that feels closer than everything else. Or after long sessions of listening I start feeling fatigue like someone has been punching me in my face for hours with every bass beat

 More of that in next paragraph.  Comfort: These sit in my ears very securely. I can shake my head as much as I want, they arent going to work their way out anytime soon. But it sometimes feels like they are grabbing my ear from the inside which can be fatiguing

So upon receiving these I spent all day comparing them to Tin T3's. Disclaimer: I'm nowhere near being an audiophile or a professional listener. I just have T3's and I want to describe my experience listening to both since they are aiming at the same price range.  Sound signature: So I can describe listening to KZ ZSX like sitting right next to a subwoofer on a concert

 And then the mids are more controlled and balanced across the board on the BL-03. Treble is better on the ZSX. Soundstage is bigger on the Blonde BL-03. The KZ ZSX, do I recommend them? Yes, if you like a more intense sound, if you like things being forward and in your head a little bit more, they're a very good pick

 I do like that. I mean, it just looks different and sharp. Has quite the angle, but it has this interesting little ear hook thing and that causes problems for me with comfort. I'm not a big fan of the comfort on here

 And an Ibozzo IT-01 also would resolve a little bit better than the ZSX. But as far as the detail retrieval and the treble and the airiness and all that, it's all there. It's the same thing and it has a nice pleasantness, but it is a little bit on the forward side. But it never crosses over into sibilance range or harsh range, but it will reveal it if it's in a track

The soundstage on the ZSX is kind of in between average and intimate

KZ ZSX - Review - Is "The Terminator" a good guy or bad guy?

TL;DR: My brother has KZ ZSX and I have listened to them for couple of hours but I absolutely prefer and enjoy my amazing Moondrop Starfields for their balanced sound and outstanding comfort. PS: Let me know if you guys and gals have any queries.

  The only thing lacking is they aren't super comfortable. There is a weird ridge that presses into my ear at an awkward angle that I don't like. Its still wearable, so not super bad, but every now and then I am reminded that they are there and the discomfort annoys me. Still using them anyway but wondering if I should bother trying to find a new pair

 At first I thought it was ruined and there goes my money again. The plastic bit where the cable attaches cracked, but after much fiddling and cursing was able to reattach the cable despite the broken bit. They work fine, and I am now impressed that they did actually survive the accident mostly intact.  Sound seems good I am not an expert on audio and do not know all the terminology and fancy words to describe its quality

 I wear earbuds for 8 hours everyday at work, mostly listening to audiobooks and sometimes music.  These are living up to the durability I was hoping for. The cable is nice and thick and seems well protected against breakage. And in the event it does break, its detachable so I could just get a new one

I bought these because I was looking for a very durable set of earbuds that also sound really good. Got tired of spending money on new earbuds everytime my favorite pair would break. I wear earbuds for 8 hours everyday at work, mostly listening to audiobooks and sometimes music.  These are living up to the durability I was hoping for

 Ultimately, I think they're both good in their own ways, and it really depends on what you're looking for. Anyway, I know I'm not exactly an audiophile, and this is not a very technical review. But I hope that as a regular consumer just trying to get better audio quality at more reasonable prices, I was able to provide some useful information at least. Thanks for watching this review

 The T2 is not as colourful or detailed sounding compared to the ZSX, and the bass response is much flatter, so bassheads probably won't enjoy this. But it still has enough going for it to make it engaging to listen to. It sounds smoother and more natural to me, which makes it less fatiguing to listen to. The soundstage also seems a bit wider, and the vocals are a bit more forward as well

 However, it's still going to sound better than most true wireless earbuds, just that you have to deal with the cable and the shorter battery life. It's probably not that great for jogging as well. In the end, I do think the ZSX is a small but nice upgrade over the ZS10 Pro. However, if you like a brighter sound, the ZS10 Pro could be better for you

 So I definitely prefer the sound on the ZSX more. Because of the differences I've mentioned above, I actually feel like the ZSX is slightly less fatiguing to listen to, which is nice. And while we're talking about fatigue, I noticed a difference when it comes to the cable with mic, versus the one without. To my ears, I'm hearing less details with the cable with mic, especially in the higher and lower frequencies
