 I'm not sure how much I need to put on to get the full 30 SPF claim, but something is better than none, especially if it doesn't sting.  This product left a little white-ish cast (I wish I would've tried their mineral sunblock with color, maybe mineral would've been more helpful to my skin?), but the white cast wasn't THAT bad, especially if you're using foundation over it (I have medium skin with golden-olive-yellow in undertones).

I was hoping this would be the holy grail but....

So that's how you do it and that's how you guys should do it if you want to try La Roche-Posay sunscreens because I know the price of entry to get one of these products is quite high.  So even with a sunscreen like this one that costs somewhere around like, I don't know, off the top of my head, like $30, $36 for five ounces, you can really bring down the cost to let's say you knock it down by $10.  It works really well. Just a few drops. Just lather it to where you have the sunscreen. It will break up that film

 But around the world, there are so many La Roche-Posay sunscreens that I could actually be missing some of the best ones. But these are the best that are in my possession and that I find myself using myself personally and then the ones here in the States that I recommend to my patients the most.  That's how it protects your skin. And these formulations are all water resistant. So it's they're pretty tenacious. So it's important to remove that at the end of the day

 I use a Neutrogena oil, the Neutrogena body oil, the fragrance free one. That's what I'm currently using. It works really well. Just a few drops
