 You don't want to dull your knife with so and then they're spring-loaded you'll notice. This little action right here just brings it back out. So that way you can use it one-handed, which to me, is important, we're going to close it back up and look at some of the other tools that we have a knife blade decent little knife. Not you know you should have a EDC knife in your pocket, that's more capable, but this can definitely take care of a lot of things, and it is does have somewhat of a point to it here

 If you want to attach this to paracord or your keychain, the weight on the squirt two ounces, the wire cutters cut that steeled really quickly and even something like this paper clip now, of course, with a zip tie. I could probably use my scissors but they're kind of small, but we can definitely use the wire cutters. Now you have some coat hanger, I'm going to try these wire cutters. It'Ll do it then Tim will take the pliers

Leatherman Squirt PS4 EDC Multi Tool

I often have difficulty picking which multitool I want to carry for the day.

Cute little multi-tool, but could be better

The leatherman squirt ps4 seems to be held together with rivets instead of (chicago) screws. That is unfortunate, as it makes it much harder to take apart for cleaning and modding. I found some videos where someone has a ps4 with torx, and was wondering if that is a different version or a mod, and if it is easy to do (and obtain the parts - in europe (metric measurements please?)).

 Now on to the good, it's TINY smaller than a bic lighter. Yet the little guy feels very solid, not something you want to pry large objects with but something that should last you years if you take care of it. The scissors, file and blade feel great. Not the best steel in the world but for a keychain sized multitool? It's all you'll need

It's pretty nice, even with it's flaws.

Beyond this turning out to be a fun thought experiment for me, I figure this might also be a really good way to recommend an affordable starting point for newer people to the hobby, so here are my choices and why:

Like it, carry it every day BUT the scissor spring broke, I sent it in for warranty replacement and they returned a different model (the one with the wire strippers). After trying and trying to contact Leatherman to correct the problem I gave up and bought another Squirt. A few weeks later the scissor spring broke on that one - wasn't even using it, just opened it and the spring bar was laying there broken off. I don't understand how the scissors on my Swiss Army Knife are perfectly functional after 40 years but Leatherman scissors break sitting in my pocket

Not durable

- Victorinox Nail Clippers - it’s a personal thing but I really like being able to easily cut nails while on the go if I need, also for my daughter.  Plus having tweezers and toothpick is great, especially for a toddler who likes to play with wood!
