Other differences regardless of size that differentiate wands are the material it's made of, the size/flexibility/texture of the head, waterproof or not, how many levels of intensity, how many patterns, battery powered or not, frequency of vibration from buzzy to rumbly, remote control operated, comes with attachments, etc.
