What's going on Youtube? My name is Zach with Android Digest and today I want to review the Lenovo Tab P11 Plus. This is different from the Lenovo Tab P11 or the P11 Pro. This is a new tablet that Lenovo just released within the last month or so and I'm excited to review it today because it is a very unique device and it's another Android tablet that's really trying to fit in in the mid-range I want to let you know what I think about this device and how it stacks up to all the competition out there. So with all that being said, let's get straight into this review and let's get it going

 and you could keep that extra storage. And they also have one model that not only has the extra storage and the extra ram, but it also comes with the keyboard case and it also comes with the pin as well. Now, I bought the version with six gigabytes of ram and it was actually on sale around 260 bucks, so I got a pretty darn good deal on it. And on top of that, I decided to buy the keyboard case separately

 So if I pulled up Google Docs and I started typing really quickly, I did notice that it was missing a lot of keystrokes. and I'm saying a lot. and that's a really, really big issue, right? If it's missing all those keystrokes, you have to wonder what is going on and maybe you wouldn't have that experience right? Maybe if you were to buy this, you'd be able to get the version that actually comes with this. I think they actually built this to work with the keyboard and the kickstand

 but whatever the case, whatever reason, I am missing some keystrokes and it is bothering me a little bit. So the keyboard isn't the best experience in my opinion. But I'm not just reviewing the keyboard right? I'm reviewing this tablet and the device itself Again, If you're considering if you should buy this, I think this is going to have a better screen than you're going to get in something like the Galaxy Tab A7. I think this device is going to have better performance than something like the Galaxy Tab A7 and it's going to come with four gigabytes of ram and the base model and you're gonna get a nice battery size and you're gonna get Android 11

Lenovo P11 Plus Review: A Good Budget Tablet

 Talk about frustrating. I wanted some features the existing home app (Smart Launcher) couldn't provide, which causes the Smart Launcher app to throw an exception notification every time I hit the home button. To get rid of it I have to switch the home to Smart Launcher and then back to Nova7. Until I reboot, and I have to do it again

 The screen is plenty nice, bright and clear. I love the case (I like the texture too), love the USB-C charging. The placement of buttons is fine.  The bad: can't get a Lenovo stylus

 They break things and then they break them even more. But it's really, really annoying.  Why is it so hard to just get an android tablet that works?

First, the hardware is pretty good. For some reason I can't use an SD card as "system memory" or things keep crashing, but I'm not sure if that's a hardware or a software problem.  The good: Lazarite stylus works great with this. Very precise and I can draw (but I'm not a graphic design person either)

Really wanted to like this tablet

 Overall, I think this is a pretty good mid-range tablet and yeah, I would definitely check out the new tab p11 plus and I almost feel like they're sort of phasing out the regular tab p11 for this newer version.  They appear to have the same speakers, cameras. They both even weigh in at 490 grams. So yeah, size, shape, weight. Everything is identical

I made the mistake of buying this without having first handled one. It is heavier than I had expected and, while the very slim form factor looks good it also means that it has very thin, hard, sharp edges which make it extremely uncomfortable to hold and, after a few minutes it ceases to be uncomfortable and actually becomes painful. With hindsight I should probably have bought something smaller and lighter.

If you're only planning on using the product for 2 years or less, then there's no problem, but for the rest of us, does it make sense buying a Lenovo tablet?
