I was told that I needed to wait for a shipping label but she would make sure was out by the end of the business day after which I could send it in and upon receiving it there would be more than happy process a refund despite me buying from Nuoc and mail a check for the full amount that I paid when I purchased it at this time I have yet to package everything up as you can see here because for this video

 Another feature that I really like a lot is it's got this matte finish on the screen so it's not that glossy finish that makes a lot of reflections so you can see this. other TV behind me has a super glossy screen and it's always got something reflecting off it no matter which way you turn it say you have a window behind you. you're always going to see that glare on the super glossy screens if you don't see that on this matte finish. So I really like that Also, of course I like the clean design with a very thin bezel on this monitor and the black levels look amazing on here

This is an ultra high-definition monitor, which means it's got four times the resolution of a 1080p screen. Now let's do an ultra quick unboxing and take a look. Okay, here's the monitor

 So here's some 4k video that I have playing on the shield TV which can play at 60 frames per second and in 10-bit color. So now let's talk about the image quality on this monitor. Here's some footage that we're looking at that I shot in the Sierra Nevadas and at Yosemite National Park and it looks amazing, especially up close from where I'm sitting. you can really see the definition from where the black ends and this guy begins or these flowers where the line between the flower and the green leaves behind it just looks so crisp

 and it's got the power and an audio out for headphones or for external speakers. and then it's got this nice glossy black on the back so that if you are on a say, a desk in an office of people looking at the back of the monitor, it looks really nice and clean from the back of the monitor as well. and finally down here on the bottom. it's got this handy little clip to keep all the cables nice and tidy looking
