Affordable multi effects?

A bit pricier than comparable zoom products but lower than the Nerual DSP, Axe FX and Kemper stuff. My helix LT cost me like $1100 CAD and I use it for everything, guitars, bass, synths, and a Rhodes MK1. I can literally run True Stereo Dual Amp and Cabinet setups with 6 or more Stereo Effects infront of each amp.. it’s ridiculous how crazy powerful it is when you use it to it’s potential.

What would you spend 3,000 USD on to get the best bang for your buck?

I would get a line 6 helix floor (I have been using helix for 4 1/2 yrs) and good monitors for playback / recording on computer or a FRFR system to go with line 6 helix floor. One of the best systems on the market right now with good quality amps/effects and one of the best and flexible routing systems inside and out.

There is also the Yamaha THR10 II or THR30 II, either of which are a good choice in my book and super portable. You could also fully dive into modeling and buy something like the Line 6 HX Stomp, Line 6 Helix LT, or Fractal FM3. You can use headphones with those but if you want to listen to them through speakers you'd need studio monitors (Adam Audio T Series or JBL 3 Series MkII are good recommendations). You could also get a powered FRFR cabinet like the Line 6 Powercab, HeadRush FRFR, or Mission Engineering Gemini 2.

searching for a cheap pedal in stereo for shimmer and nice delays

It's a multi stomp, single effect box (no chaining reverb with delay etc) that's stereo, around the same price but also has MIDI. I've had 2 MS70s but I'm sticking with the Line 6. The MS70 ends up being a session in menu diving where the M5 is one page for all controls. Both have their good/bad points but for me the MIDI on the H5 and simplicity of use make it a winner for me.
