Does anyone know if a HomeKit peephole exists?

Beta Firmware seems to fix connection issues

 I checked the WiFi signal at the camera with an app and it reads -50 to -55 dBm which should be more than enough for 1080p video. So the only thing left is that the camera is crap. Would have expected better for the price and considering that the camera is powered with a wire and not a battery. There's no excuse for the connection to be so poor

What are our options for wired homekit cameras? By wired I mean the electrical connection.  The camera itself can be wireless to the network.   I have electrical outlets under the eves on all 4 corners of my house. 

So far the only thing i'm seeing is logitech circle view.  Anything else?  Seems most are all battery powered which I don't want or need such as eufy.  I could leave it plugged in permanently but since you have to open a flap to attach the cable for charging, this defeats the weather sealing.

Is there any option for a Homekit outside camera powered by power over ethernet? I would was thinking of adding a Ring Elite cam to my porch, but I have been pretty excited by the homekit secure video stuff and wanted to maybe make a transition in that direction, but I can't find any that are POE. I don't really want to deal with charging batteries or flaky wifi, especially when I already have a POE setup. Is there any option for this?
