 Once i get those and now the last thing to really talk about is shape and i'm not going to spend too much time talking about it. What'S really important is that this is a very large mouse. So if you have small hands, i would just stay away from it. It is significantly larger than the gpro wireless super light it's very wide, but it just has a shape that feels so natural to me, and since i switched to claw grip, a lot of mice have just started to feel like more natural, and this is definitely one Of them trying to finger tip it, though, for me it is impossible and i can finger tip a lot of mice

 Omron 50ms. I believe they feel very close, just like standard gpro wireless clicks um. But since the design is different, it caught like since the click, design and tensioning is different. It causes them to feel um slightly different um

 If you would like, i might make a video on rock, so if people really care that much because i do think it's pretty sick um, so yeah the weight didn't really hinder me too much, but i'm not gon na lie like i don't recommend this mouse to Anybody for gaming um, but when i was using this mouse for gaming, it wasn't terrible i'll give it that um, but not the borsi seal of approval man, 120 grams, maybe if it was like 90. I think this would be easily the best mouse ever um, but at 120 it's just heavy, as but at least it's balanced. You know like at least it doesn't. At least it feels like a solid 120 grams like if there was a home intruder

 Um - and i don't know all around - they have been nice on both sides: the right side as well, i'm very sticky, very solid grip way better than the viper ultimate uh, but yeah the side buttons themselves, they're very big, very easy to hit nice shape um. Once again, no problems with them, they feel like standard, like i don't know, not standard logitech buttons, um very similar to g402, obviously, and the main switches on the hero use. Omron 50ms. I believe they feel very close, just like standard gpro wireless clicks um

  For years, I've been looking for a mouse with properties that would prevent my hands from sweating. Few years ago, I got a G502 Hero and a USB fan for my hand and never looked back. I do some light gaming + wfh as an engineer.

Very light, I think it's advertised at 69 grams. Kitchen scale clocks it at 76g. I'm used to a g502 hero though so I find this to be pretty light. RGB is good, settings aren't too crazy, but I go with the rainbow one anyway

 That isn't that important for my puposes, so that button doesn't matter so much. With that default function, probably best to have it out of the way. As for the actually DPI adjustments, took me a bit to find them frankly. They are contoured into the side by the index finger, they are both glossy and smooth, and by the time you figure out you are touching it, it is clicked and the DPI is changing

 I will say, I do enjoy the stock weight though. It has extra weights, but it is right on for me weight wise out of the box. And even though I had to adjust the gliding surfaces myself, it does move well. I like that they softened up the cable from the G5 as well

 As for the actually DPI adjustments, took me a bit to find them frankly. They are contoured into the side by the index finger, they are both glossy and smooth, and by the time you figure out you are touching it, it is clicked and the DPI is changing. I will get used to it, but again, some resistance and tactile sensation would be nice. Glossy and smooth buttons are not great, and I keep accidentally dropping my DPI with that button location, and the fact it is so easily pushed

Quality is questionable.

 Based on the 60% rule I need a mouse that is 67.7mm wide for best aim. The grip measurements for this mouse is roughly 68mm. In direct comparison to the Viper, the M65 Elite improved all of my [aiming

 It's so small that my thumb accidentally clicks the side buttons constantly and I've never had a mouse cramp my hand worse. The hump on the XM1 is closer to the middle of the mouse than the GPW so I never accidentally click the side buttons and it's incredibly comfortable for 5+ hour Warzone sessions. I get zero hand fatigue and I've broken all my [aiming.pro]([URL REMOVED] records again

According to [[URL REMOVED] the G Pro Wireless and the XM1 are the same 60mm grip width, I disagree, I think the XM1 is closer to 62mm and I think the GPW is closer to 58mm (it depends on how you hold it). The GPW is the least comfortable mouse I've ever tried. It's so small that my thumb accidentally clicks the side buttons constantly and I've never had a mouse cramp my hand worse. The hump on the XM1 is closer to the middle of the mouse than the GPW so I never accidentally click the side buttons and it's incredibly comfortable for 5+ hour Warzone sessions

 The side buttons are awful for my hand, I basically have to palm to reach them which isn't great for my claw grip. The FPS performance of this mouse is very impressive, broke about half my [Aiming.pro]([URL REMOVED] records until I tried the Razer Viper. I'm returning the Model O and keeping the Viper

If you have medium hands, you can probably use a palm grip. (5-6 inches from bottom of palm to middle finger tip.)

The optical sensor has a very short effective range. (meaning if you lift off, it doesn't track well). 

The scroll wheel is a bit loose even when locked down. (there is the rare occasion that you might unlock it. But if you use it for resetting your edits in Fortnite, keep it locked. You're welcome

It's good for Fortnite, skip the extra buttons.

I’m a big Razer guy, I even have the basilisk ultimate. But this is so true.

I have been gaming a long time (20+ years) and am finally fed up with brand name mice breaking after a year... They used to last a helluva lot longer, even the cheaper ones.

I have been through too many brands and models at this point, and it seems like within 3 months on either side of the 1 year mark, they break. Most common issue is double clicking on right-click, left-click or middle mouse button (even if there are multiple). Another common issue is mouse scroll jumping in the opposite direction. Once I get fed up I take them apart to clean and troubleshoot but 85% of the time they are just done... I have also tried as much software trouble shooting as I can and I know most companies warranty process at this point :S

My latest defects are 2 Roccat Kain Aimo 120's. One is mine, which has a double clicking issue on the middle mouse button. The other is my wife's, which has the mouse scroll jumping in the opposite direction. Both are 11 months old. I usually buy 2 at  time, one for her and one for me, and it's rare for one to really outlast the other, seems regardless of usage. I have reinstalled both Roccat and Windows drivers, changed computers and the issues remain...

**So please, recommend me something that doesn't have more than ~7 buttons, intrusive software and will last longer than a year :)**

EDIT: A few things I&#39;ve noticed so far in the comments:

<li>Conflicting reviews on new-gen Logitech products, even the higher end (silicon lottery meets good warranty; quality issues in mass production) / G502 is popular af</li>
<li>Razer products have gotten better, but Synapse still sucks (some models have on board mem. to avoid this)</li>
<li>Red Dragon, while cheap in price, have lasted users a long time</li>
<li>Corsair Harpoon seems to have a lot of fans!</li>
<li>not a lot of chatter about lesser known companies like Zowie (i consider them big), Mionix, etc.</li>
<li>Optical switches = new hotness? (people seem to have an issue with the feel and sound)</li>
<li>avoid the very common low end Omron 50M</li>
<li>Look into soldering or no-solder switches as an alternative</li>
<li>people seem to be enjoying the new-gen Steel Series and the Glorious Model D/O</li>
</ul>
