 Now for the first five or six outings I want to say that I did keep wearing those thinner socks as the play test wore on I felt like I could wear my more medium cushioned socks which is what I actually prefer to wear when I'm on the court and it was always comfortable. As I mentioned the cushioning is minimal but I really like that. I thought it was great on match days when I was playing sets or something like that and felt really loaded the ground and connected and the traction level for me was right where I wanted it to be. I had one instance of slipping and it was in a smoother area of the court way off to the side and also some on the concrete at the warehouse it's a little bit slippery but on the court the traction was excellent and they're holding up really well for me

 We're out here today to review the Lotto Mirage 100. Let's get started. We just wrapped up our play test of the Lotto Mirage 100. Now we've been play testing a couple wider width shoes lately so I was very excited when I opened the box and tried these Lottos on and they definitely have a more narrow width, more glove like feel when I put them on

 There isn't a lot of cushioning underneath my heel or my forefoot. Michelle how do these shoes work out for you? I think what you said is exactly how I felt during this play test too. As you mentioned we've been play testing a lot of wide shoes. I was actually worried this shoe was going to be too narrow for my medium feet but it fit just fine

Yeah I'd have to agree with the traction levels they felt a little bit slippery and as we already mentioned that you're very connected to the court so I could have used a little more traction just for my own personal preferences but stability wise they were great I never rolled an ankle or felt like I was going to roll over the shoes and they're also a really lightweight option so I never felt weighed down. Now I do have a previous ankle injury so I'm always looking for extra stability and I think with the shoe I sat low enough in it and with that minimal cushioning I didn't really have any issues with my ankles I thought they were fairly well supported

 Welcome to another TE Changeover. My name is Chris and today we're going to break down the Lotto Mirage 100 Speed Tennis Shoe. These shoes are the brand's current flagship shoe and can be seen on the feet of many Lotto athletes such as Matteo Baratini and Elise Mertens. They're designed to be light and fast, yet supportive, stable and comfortable enough for true level performance

 I personally enjoyed the thicker insoles. Now let's look at the shoe's build. The nylon on polyurethane upper offers great ventilation and combines with an anti-abrasion toe cap for greater protection. In the back, heel control technology improves support

 In the midsole, a wealth of innovative shoe technologies combine for lightweight energy return and efficient stability, support, flex and torsional control. Among them include Lotto's Synpulse, BFC, Enterturn and Punto Flex. Underneath, long-last 40 anti-abrasion rubber features a differentiated herringbone pattern to ensure superior grip on fast surfaces. Regarding fit, I would recommend ordering one half size up

Aside from that, I found the Mirage 100 Speed to offer great agility and good overall support and stability for a lightweight shoe

 Alright so outsole durability test with the Dremel 10 seconds high-scrute sandpaper not even a millimeter of damage here really good durability here on this tread even though it is a thinner tread still really good durability. Now the fit of the Mirage 100 is actually really interesting when I put them on my feet they felt really solid really kind of molded like they were unyielding however my 2e width foot had no break-in on them so they definitely accommodate a wider foot I'd say if you have over a 2e you better go up a half size the length is pretty true but it is interesting with these shoes because they are going to fit a flat footed player really well because of the arch support in that midsole foam it's also going to fit a higher arch player because of the same reason all that midsole foam so for a lot of different foot types these are pretty good however when you first get in them you're going to notice that they are a little bit more rigid a little bit more unyielding however it's not uncomfortable which I thought was really interesting. I think the best way to describe these shoes is these are more of like a high density Tempur-Pedic mattress versus some other shoes which are more of like a pillow topper plush mattress. Now playing in the Mirage's felt absolutely rock solid underfoot they give you such a good bounce when split stepping a lot of stability when split stepping as well as a ton of energy return when moving side to side or when trying to push off from one foot they also give you a ton of cantilevering when you are serving so you really feel like you got a nice beam underneath of you kind of push forward if you're a serving volleyer they are incredibly aerodynamic too with that thin TPU so even though they are going to burn through a little bit quicker than some thicker TPUs they're going to move through the court a lot faster than those shoes too so I really felt that with number one serving and volleying and when I was trying to go baseline to baseline as well and after playing them a few times I could actually feel that midsole foam start to contour around the bottom of my foot so whereas the beginning it felt really rigid and midsole foam actually did start to feel like it was molding to me so I really did like that after a while however you have to play in them a few times to get to that point

 Now the Mirage's do have a pretty broad lateral flange it is not very sharp or wide. Now this does make the shoe a lot more aerodynamic and streamlined however if you're someone that likes a really fat wide lateral flange these are going to be a little bit more streamlined for you.  Yeah, it's not bad. So, as soon as I slipped it on, I could definitely feel that part is tight. But it's actually holding me in so I don't slide forward either. So, that, that was good

 Welcome to the Tennis Warehouse Shoe Review of the Lotto Mirage 100. Designed with feedback from Touring Pros, this shoe offers premier stability and comfort in an ultra-lightweight package. The multi-layer Karim upper allows this shoe to be stable without weighing it down, and molds to your foot for a very snug and secure ride. SendPulse technology provides responsive cushion and rebound, while the innovative Geometric Outsole provides great traction and durability on all court surfaces

 I was really onto these Lotto shoes, and then there seemed to be a gap in terms of how much I was appreciating the Lotto shoe until this one. This one, I would say, is almost a just right shoe for me in that it is similar with the upper and it holds my foot in place nicely, so I'm very secure and confident changing direction on the court. But it is a little lower to the ground, so I get that locked-in feeling, like with the Raptor and the Evo, I really enjoyed, but I am a little lower to the ground, which was a benefit to me. There was no stability issues

 I found this shoe to be very lightweight and fast-feeling. I've always enjoyed the SendPulse technology in Lotto shoes, and it continues to be the case here. I mean, actually, what's kind of cool about this shoe is that it does come with two different insoles, one a little bit thicker for even more plush ride, and that's the one I kind of stuck with throughout the play test. Once I got it on court, I thought that the shoe was very supportive and stable

 I felt like I was very secure, very locked in, even when I cinched them really tight. I had no comfort issues, and I actually didn't really need to cinch them all that tight just because they fit my foot like a glove. But low to the ground, responsive. I feel like the Synpulse technology in the midsole really gives you that soft ride, a responsive feel
