I would say more if you're just using it on your floor and you have like crumbs you'd ever have a vacuum in a while. It can pick up those crumbs or that that hair or you know whatever you have on the floor it will pick up that because once again, the matte sticky. Okay, and for the most part I use it on this side, but this part right here is fairly sticky and it will pick up whatever you probably have on the floor like crumbs or like I said before, so keep that in mind as well

 So this is a good yoga mat if you are looking to go to yoga retreats. If you're looking to travel somewhere to do yoga, this is a good yoga mat to have because it's quite light. And also if you're going somewhere tropical or somewhere really hot, then this top layer of this yoga mat will protect from any mold or mildew. Something very important to keep in mind

 Another thing to point out is the top surface of this yoga mat is coated with an antimicrobial layer, which means that it prevents mold and mildew. And this is something to keep in mind if you practice either in a very humid environment or if you practice a dynamic form of yoga and you sweat a lot. So for example, I try to go to my teacher in India every year and there it's rather hot and we sweat a lot so that would be a good option to have there with me. And also because it's quite light, it means that this is easy to travel with

 So this is a very good thing Anyone who has a dynamic form of practice. I was very, very happy with this yoga mat. Like the grip was exceptionally good. Another thing is that because it is quite thick, it's not as thick as the Manduka mat, but it's quite thick

 Okay, so this is the mat so I'm gonna give myself one month to test it out and I'll let you know how we get on. So this is about one month later went by like that, didn't it? Okay, so I got the chance to practice with this yoga mat for about a month and here are the things that I notice. So first of all, I really like the grip on this yoga mat. Now I was quite surprised
