 Now the black plastic frame has four convenient LED light indicators that indicates the battery level on the case and on the rear you get a Type-C port for charging as well. Now the design of the case is such that opening the lid with one hand is kind of difficult. You'll be able to do that easily with two hands though. By the way, the hinge also feels very plasticky so if you do end up buying these, take care of the case

 The bore extends deeply inside and you can choose from an assortment of silicone tips or one pair of flexi-fit foam tips. For the first time, the foam ones didn't work for me because they come in only one small size. I got a better seal with the silicone one. Now since you don't get a wing tip, the fit is entirely governed by the seal

 Phone and in this video I'm going to be reviewing the Lipotec Tevi, which are possibly the best truly wireless earphones under Rs 10,000 and if you want to see more videos like this, don't forget to hit that red subscribe button and the bell icon right next to it to get notified whenever Mr. Phone puts out an awesome new tech video and now let's get down to the review of the Lipotec Tevi which I am in love with. Now the first thing that you notice when you open the transparent packaging is the Tevi comes in a plastic case with a grey fabric exterior. You know it's plastic when you look at the black frame

 For my ears, these are super duper secure and not ones that they fall out nor did I have the fear of a loose fit either. In Angel by Massive Attack there's a droning sub bass section that could have benefited from a bit more weight if you ask me. That said I like the quality of bass even if the quantity is lacking. Overall what I distinctly noticed is the Lipetech Tevi has the grunt in it to reproduce even complex tracks with consummate ease and the drivers do take some time to open up so don't expect excellent performance from day one

Good budget TWS for audiophiles?

 The highs are crisp and clear and get better after a week of use once you get through the burn-in period. The emphasis on the mids is amazing and something you can really have trouble finding on headphones these days. The bass is full and heavy and definitely there without being too much and drowning the highs and mids. Vocals are 11/10 if you ask me, and I listen to a lot of folk and other genres where vocals are the focal point

 I've had no issues with range and can easily walk around the kitchen or room and listen seamlessly. Overall, these are the best headphones in this price range for the value. I'll update this review after I've used them for a few months.  EDIT: I'm still impressed with the audio quality but I've been having fairly severe connection issues

  EDIT- DECEMBER 2020 (ONE YEAR LATER) I still love these suckers and Lypertek has released firmware updates since my initial review that seem to have solved many connectivity issues. (Additionally I had an issue where the left case slot quit working a couple months ago and Lypertek was very quick to resolve the issue, +10 respect.) Their app is still clunky but they're still pretty new to the headphone game so it's fine. I still recommend these to anyone who's picky with sound and on a budget

 I gave the sound cancelation a 4/5 only because they aren't active noise canceling and rely on the tips for sound cancelation. Even without active cancelation, these are great at eliminating outside sounds. Connection has been easy, although I have had trouble with the headphones automatically connecting out of the case. This is pretty much a non-issue though as they connect quickly when you press the button on one of the two

Still Impressed- One Year Later (Edit)

 Orchestral music really highlights the Tevis extended range and they do capture a surprising amount of detail across the board. The Tevis are insanely loud too which does lead me on to my next point. Now I did mention at the beginning of this video that I was going to drop one potential deal breaker at the end that nobody else seems to have addressed when they've reviewed these so here it is. Yep sadly it's audio hiss

 The Pros here are an insane battery life, epic build quality, great microphone quality and a solid neutral sound signature. The Cons are an average fit and of course audio hiss. I can't deny that the Tevis do offer a truly awesome sound signature but with that audio hiss I guess that in the end it doesn't even matter. They're Linkin Park songs because the logo looks like Linkin Park okay

 So you can expect my usual zero fill to take as always. Okay, let's get started. Hey guys, hope you're all staying home and staying safe. It's Mark here and I'm back to review some more affordable tech in my quest to sort the god tier from the garbage and hopefully save you some hard earned money in the process

 I'm going to go through this by different genres so first of all hip hop and rap tracks. They sounded great with vocals sounding crisp and maintaining centre stage at all times but bass is, yeah it's punchy but it's noticeably recessed in the mix. I'd personally like a little bit more bass as I do prefer a slightly bass boosted sound profile for casual listening. When listening to rock the Tevis slightly expose their weakness in their highs

The triple drivers provide good separation and the thing I like the most is the midrange, I can hear the vocals loud and clear. Bass is there but not overpowering.

I just received them today. From my experience (own a pair of CB-1'S and their wireless over the ear headphones) they are decent products. I expect nothing less than what they claim  on their campaign page. I have these truly wireless earbuds pre-ordered.

Yeah, I fell for the hype and am not happy with them. One of the two earbuds doesn't hold a charge at all, and the design is much clunkier than the images show. I reached out for a refund a month ago and haven't heard back yet.

So I waited 5 months for these and they pretty much died within two months. The sound was good.

Reached out to Customer service a month ago and we've been going back and forth. They wanted video of what's going on after a hard reset. The hard reset just seemingly killed both the case and the headphones. So there is nothing to video. 

Today I finally sent them an email basically stating that you win. You wore me down to the point that I'm just ready to say screw it and Status Audio. 

Shame as I have another pair of their BT on ear headphones and they work great.

When I first got the earbuds, I opened them and used them. It said that it has high batter. I used it for a couple of hours. Then, when I checked my phone late at night, I realized it was still connected to my phone for a few hours. So I disconnected them.

This morning when I opened the case to use the earbuds, it said medium for the battery. I used it good 3+ hours, and now I put it back in the case for charging. But no light indicates charging or anything.

Now, I realize that both earbuds should have been charged overnight after I disconnected them. But it didn't. I read several issues where one side, particularly the right side earbud, has an issue of not getting charged. I am getting a little nervous that I got the lemon.

Also, do your earbuds get disconnected once you put them back into the case? Mine doesn't. I used 1st gen Airpot previously, and I find this very annoying that I have to either disconnect them or power them off by pressing them after putting them back into the case. Am I missing something? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Never mind. The right-side earbud does not get charged at all. Now I have a right-side earbud that is not working and dead when the left-side earbud is high on battery after charging it together.   
I am quite disappointed since these are new, with less than 2 days of usage. 

But the sound quality is awesome. I previously used 1st gen Air pod and there is no comparison. Between Pro is superb when it comes to the sound quality.

I was an indiegogo supporter as well, and I must say…they are my favorite earbuds that I’ve ever owned. The sound is amazing, and when listening to songs I’ve heard many times before—it’s sometimes like hearing a song for REAL for the first time, as I can pick up sounds/notes that i’ve never been able to hear before. 

With that being said, recently I’ve had an ongoing issue with my right earbud. it’s either not charging fully or not changing properly somehow, as it will die on me way early.

Between Pro - Status Audio Discussion

 How much less remains to be seen, but hopefully not too much less.  The TEVI are equivalent to my AirPods (no better, in other words) in terms of range. Both of them suffer from infrequent audio "blips" (audio drops) when I walk to a room other than the one the audio source is located in. The new room is about 20' away from the audio source but there's a wall between us

 They are barely workable for me. A smaller size would have suited me much better. These have an annoying tendency to fall out of my ears (constantly) and I have real issues getting a good seal - which likely accounts for my feeling that bass is slightly lacking.  The TEVI do not offer wireless charging - period, so that means they compete most directly with standard AirPods which also lack wireless charging

While I do definitely prefer the audio from my AirPods there is no denying that the TEVI have excellent audio. It is crystal clear, especially in the mid and high ranges. Anyone expecting or hoping for "thumping bass" will definitely be disappointed. The bass is certainly adequate and satisfying, just not "front and center" like some earbuds in this price range

I prefer my AirPods audio and the Tevi fit me poorly

 Of course, Samsung Galaxy buds cost a little bit more. Pretty much everyone is doing their own wireless earbuds now. I can't actually get these damn things out of the box. Oh, that is a tight fit

 There's a magnetic connection. And as you can see there, the charging case already has some power in it because the buds are now charging. And you just power that away and there you go. You've got nice little charging light indicator on the outside as well

 That's about double what you get for most rival true wireless earbuds and very, very strong indeed. And when they do need a recharge, just shove them back in the handy carry case and apparently you'll get up to six full recharges out of this case as well. I've been rocking it for a good few days now and I'm not even close to wearing this thing out, so it definitely seems to do the job. And they're pretty fast at charging as well, just 15 minutes in there will give you a couple of hours of use

 Nonliputek reckons you get about 10 hours of use from a single charge in that case and I was like, yeah, show me, I'll have whatever pills you've been popping. No chance where they last a full 10 hours. But actually, after 90 minutes, I checked the Bluetooth battery power rating on my smartphone, they were still at 90%. I was like, this is insane, could they actually go beyond the 10 hour limit? They didn't quite manage to break 10 hours, but they came really, really close

Lypertek Tevi Review | Best true wireless headphones for battery life

My mom (late 50s) wants to upgrade to wireless earbuds for her phone (Nokia 7.1 iirc) since she's starting to have issues with the connector of her super cheap old wired earbuds. Her main use would be phone calls so microphone quality is a priority. She only listens to podcast and music very occasionally, so they don't have to have great audio quality, just serviceable/acceptable.

<div class="md"><p>My mom (late 50s) wants to upgrade to wireless earbuds for her phone (Nokia 7.1 iirc) since she&#39;s starting to have issues with the connector of her super cheap old wired earbuds. Her main use would be phone calls so microphone quality is a priority. She only listens to podcast and music very occasionally, so they don&#39;t have to have great audio quality, just serviceable/acceptable.</p>

Decent wireless earbuds for my mom under 100$?

  Sound quality is decent. They're a little heavy, and fell out of my ears every here and there. The case is absolutely massive, and always had a big bump in my pocket, which isn't ideal for a variety of reasons.  If you have a purse or keep them in a backpack, that wouldn't be an issue

This is my fault. Time to pay my dues for that karma. Posting my reviews on two solid headphone choices. Note, cost is $220 for the HD 6XX and $160 for the DT 990 Pro excluding tax. If this is outside your budget, please read other comments. Both of these are for at home listening and also do work well for gaming though neither have mic. If this doesn't apply to you, check other comments. 

So the HD 6XX. They are open ended, wired, adjustable clamping force, foam pads, and are Made in Ireland if you care about that. These have solid mids, good treble, but lack in the bass deparment. Since they are open ended, these are recommended for only at home listening. I have had these for three years and have needed to change the pads so there is an upkeep cost. Pad cost is around $30

Now the DT 990 Pro. I have the 80 ohm verision. These have adjustable clamp force, foam pads, open ended, wired, and are Made in Germany if you care about that. These have good amount of bass at the cost of some mid quality compared to the 6XX, and the treble can be harsh at times. I do recommend these over the 6XX if you are a bass head but you will need to EQ to tame the treble. These are also for at home listening.

I've been looking for a good pair of earbuds actually to use at work. Preferably wireless and water resistant. I used to have a good pair a long time ago but the dog chewed them up. After that I'd use the cheap ear pollution headphones from Walmart. Honestly aren't a terrible quality for the price (like $12). One side usually gives out after a month or so.

To be honest, if you're willing to spend the money on Beats, you should look for a better sounding pair at that price.
