Lysol Disinfectant Spray

For the ceiling you can maybe get away with using a lysol spray disinfectant (not the multi surface cleaner kind, the disinfectant spray) but you won’t be able to scrub or wipe it so that’s why I recommend something that you don’t need to rinse. As for the rest of your furniture, vacuum off what you can or wipe it off.

I had some weird gross build up in my toilet that nothing seemed to work on. Someone on here recommended the Lysol with the black label and I gave it a shot since I had absolutely nothing to lose. It worked amazingly well! I drained all of the water from the bowl and coated the area with the cleaner and left it for about 45 minutes (label definitely says about 15 minutes, but I got stuck on a work call), scrubbed lightly with a toilet brush and all of the crud was just gone.

I find that Lysol disinfectant spray sprayed around also helps; it doesn't just mask the odor it seems to neutralize it. Do you have carpet? If so sprinkle it with some carpet freshener and vacuum it up. Also wipe down all of the counters and cabinets in the kitchen with pine sol or ammonia, as well as clean the floors because some oil that had smell in it may have spattered and if you get that up that can help.

It’s gotten out blood stains from my underwear, towels, sheets, and mattress protector. Just spray, leave for like 2 minutes, and rub the stained fabric between itself. Good as new! And not nearly as harsh as laundry stripping.
