I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

I just got my open water certification last night and am wanting to continue diving in the future. My instructor said that at around $400 is where you start to see decent dive computers. Are there any around that price that anyone uses or loves? Also, aside from the computer, how much should I expect to spend on buying everything else? I don’t want garbage equipment but I’m not looking into buying top of the line gear either.

Dive computer recommendation for beginners

 I used it down to about 70 feet so far and hopefully in January I will be heading a bit farther down to around 120.

This has been great for me.

I just got open water and nitrox certified. Which dive computer do you recommend for a beginner but which can  also be used for the long haul if I decide to get further certifications?

Hello! I'm looking to get my first dive computer. Something fuss free, simple to use with clear display, reliable battery. Rec diving only in tropical waters a couple times a year. Don't really need all the bells and whistles and really just want something basic to keep me safe. 

Disclaimer: Not in the US/UK/EU and trying to justify the cost when I'm only diving a couple times a year. 

Have ruled out the Cressi Leonardo and Mares Puck Pro because I think the single button will drive me mad. Everyone here seems to hate Suunto too, so striking the Zoop Novo from this list too. 

What's left within my budget are the Cressi Neon and Mares Smart (about the same price). Any opinions? From my reading, seems like the Cressi Neon might be overpriced and the Mares Smart is slightly higher spec? Leaning towards the Mares... I guess posting to seek validation heh. 

alternatively I'll sell a kidney and get the Shearwater Peregrine, but it's almost double my budget if I keep the kidney

There are many option out there for my price point but I always see conflicting reviews, so I’m coming to you guys for suggestion. I’d prefer that it has a timer feature built in (like a stop watch feature) but is not mandatory. Thank you and I look forward to your thoughts and suggestions.
