Semi-noob looking for quality gear.

Used this for 4 weeks this summer in diverse national parks in the American west, often at high altitudes where temperatures dropped into the upper 30s and 40s F, often with significant wind, we found this tent a nearly ideal shelter, Lighter (and much less expensive) than heavy, winter or alpine tents, but weightier (and warmer) than light-weight, airy summer tents, the Fortress provides cool- to cold-weather protection and a lot of conveniences.

Great 3+ season tent

Having a hard time finding the right tent. We had a Coleman sundome, but I really want to get something like one tier higher in quality, 3-6 person depending on price, that fits my partner and I. Nothing expensive, like, under $250 would be ideal. Don't care how heavy it is since we are going to use it for car camping. For now we've been using our backpacking ultralight tent for car camping till we can find one we like

What is a good tent for two people that has enough room for us to stretch out + bags, that is higher tier than coleman but not expensive (car camping)?

I bought it for my wife and me and we love it! there is enough space for both of us with 25-inch air mattresses and our backpacks inside the bedroom, not the vestibule. It is very sturdy and it can handle good snow. the only downside is that it is heavy, almost like the classic tents, but we will take some extra weight over having a weak light tent any day.

After some time looking through Reddit, searching on google, and speaking with my coworker who used to backpack, we've decided on the Marmot Limelight 3P Tent. Any general thoughts on this tent? I'm assuming we would prefer the 3P over 2P for the added room. Am I right to assume this or is the 2P sufficient for this kind of tent?

Additionally, my coworker had mentioned that condensation was a huge problem for him and after doing some research, it seemed that nylon should be avoided due to the fact that it tends to collect water and dry slower. Is this true? We saw some great tents like the Nemo Dagger but decided against them because of the nylon fabric. Should we still consider tents like these?

So I've been wanting to get into camping and general "outdoorsing" for a while now, and since I'll be getting my first car soon, I think it's also time to finally purchase a tent.

I'm likely going to start with some casual car camping and hiking and hopefully progress into backpacking and long-distance treks as I gain experience. So my ideal tent is something 3- or 4-season, 2-person, not too cumbersome, and strong against the elements. I want to sleep soundly knowing that my tent won't give up the ghost during a sudden storm, but also something simple to set up and practical. Price is not a major obstacle.

I had been looking at the Eureka! Timberline SQ 2XT, as Eureka seems to make pretty solid products and I've always been fond of A-frame tents, but I've been able to find very little information about it online outside of general specs and features, and there's only one retailer in Canada that appears to sell it, forget the accessories for it.

The MSR Elixir 2 was another tent I had been considering, but if you have another suggestion, or you or someone you know has experience with the above-mentioned models, then (keeping in mind I'm pretty new to this) any advice would be greatly appreciated!
