 Unfortunately, I wanted to love it, but it didn't pan out. I sent it back for a full refund and purchased a different brand on Amazon. Dear Manufacturer, you could have a really nice product, just make some improvements to it please.

 So that was the first disappointment. It does curl nicely, and overall the quality feels pretty good, but the other issue I had was that while I'm twisting hair with the iron, a finger would hit the temp control which is also the on/off button, and that got annoying really quickly. Unfortunately, I wanted to love it, but it didn't pan out. I sent it back for a full refund and purchased a different brand on Amazon

 So, seems to be a good curling iron but impossible for me to use it, I have really fine hair and the iron won't clip my hair so it's a really big struggle. It could be good for thick hair, maybe.

I tried to use it only one time, and it was IMPOSSIBLE to use because the hair won't stay in the clip. The curling iron seems to make really good curl and the only one I made stayed curl for 2 days (and normally, my hair are impossible to curl). I had a difficult time when I tried it because it was too slippery and my hair kept sliding out.

  The nice features of this curling iron are that hair slides easily around the barrel and the lever is just the right tension to hold the end of the hair in place without letting it slip or pulling out individual hairs. It also has a durable cord that looks like it was coated with something to guard against being burned, and the cord does not have a propensity to twist up. I also like the silicone cover for the barrel that lets me pack it in my bag when it’s not totally cool.

 They have been interested in helping and I appreciate that the stand behind their product.  Existing review (1 star): I am going to buy another new curling iron to replace this one; the curl does not hold. Here’s why: - Again, the curl does not hold. I have experimented with various temperatures and have to keep my hair in the iron for a while for it to appear curled, and then the curl falls out within an hour

 I also like the silicone cover for the barrel that lets me pack it in my bag when it’s not totally cool.

I purchased this product a while back and just today got around to trying it out, and I am really disappointed!!! I have very long, fine hair, and wanted an extended barrel iron in the 1 1/4" size for bigger, softer curls. But I immediately discovered that my fine hair slips right through the clamp on the barrel. No matter how much I tried, my hair slipped right through. My old diehard curling iron with regular length barrel in 1" size does not have this problem at all! So I'm super disappointed

 I decided on this particular iron due to price and barrel size. I was actually VERY impressed with the packaging when it arrived. The barrel is actually long which is great for those of us with long hair! It's also super smooth and my hair slides right through it! I love that it doesn't get pulled/snagged by the clasp either! The only con is that the barrel tip still gets warm to the touch so just be careful. Also, the included clips do not hold hair very well, but I didn't purchase the product for the clips so it wasn't a huge disappointment for me
