 I have no problems with coffee grounds being in my coffee like some of the previous reviews had. My works very well and I am happy with it, it gets used quite a lot. I also like the fact that I can use my 6 inch tall mug. Two little negatives - the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars: 1 - it takes a minute to "warm up" after you turn it on, you have to wait to brew your coffee / tea

 Not a big deal for me. 2 - I wish the water was hotter. It's hot enough, but if you put some cold milk into you coffee, not so much. I don't know if there is a law how hot the water can be, but I wish it was hotter

Mixpresso Coffee Maker - very good

 As soon as the lights stop flashing, I lift the lever, pull out the old K-cup, insert the fresh K-cup, push down the lever, and press the size button to start the brewing. Finally, I have to remember to wait a bit after the brewing noise stops before removing the mug, but I have other things to do for a couple minutes so there’s never a problem of removing the mug too soon.  Note to the manufacturer: the latter part of the instruction manual needs editing badly! It was poorly translated into English. And my machine does not have the “optional features” of beeps and low reservoir warning — why tell about them if they’re not available on the model?
