The design is compact and sleek, and the quality of the coffee is excellent - it tastes richer than what my Bunn coffeemaker was brewing, uses less coffee, and it doesn't take that long to brew a pot. Also, I like the "pause" brewing feature and there is a display on the front that tracks when the pot was "fresh brewed" until the unit shuts off (4 hours).
