 In this fashion, a resetting from 11 to 14 leads to 140 candles per square meter, which is the brightness I use for basically all measurements. The corresponding black level is pretty low, leading to a high contrast ratio of almost 1500 to 1, which is excellent for an IPS monitor. Please mind that I just upgraded to a more precise colorimeter and for the sake of comparison, I measured about 1200 to 1 with my old device. This is the highest contrast I've gotten from an IPS panel so far and it's even an arm's reach of lower-tier VA monitors like the MSI G24 C4 for instance

Great budget 144hz monitor!

 P3 color gamut also used by Apple in iPhones max which is really good and have wider color space than sRGB and one of the most accurate I have found. MSI GE241 however is not accurate as iPhones, it's bit oversaturated but doesn't feel bad at all. It looks vivid and found better than NTSC 72% color gamut on LG monitor. Also contrast ratio on this monitor is better than LG IPS monitor

I've heard 24" gives less blurry text, but am already using a 24" monitor and feel for a need of a bigger one. Confused.

 Hello everyone and welcome back to another video. Today's video is a little different since it's not about a game, but I think you'll find it interesting. So this is the MSI Optix G241. And I recently got it because my other monitor broke

 Now let's talk about the selling point of this monitor, the 144Hz screen. Compared to my old 60Hz 21 inch screen, this is a massive upgrade. The 144Hz screen is so smooth and is great for gaming, and if you don't already know, if you play on a 144Hz or even higher screen, you will never want to go back to 60Hz. This screen is also 1ms on the fastest mode, but I actually recommend putting it on fast because if you put it on the fastest mode, you get inverse ghosting, and I don't think it's worth the 1ms response time

 But if you sit next to a window where the sun is shining on your screen, then you might want to go for a different monitor, but if you don't sit in the sun, it's completely fine. In fact, I have mine on 80% brightness most of the time, so it's definitely good enough. Now let's talk about the selling point of this monitor, the 144Hz screen. Compared to my old 60Hz 21 inch screen, this is a massive upgrade
