 And for a guy like me, my size I'm 6 feet tall, 220 pounds, and I like to sleep on my side. but a conventional belly bag ain't got it. So this is. this is the stuff right here

 the 15 degree bag that I use in these fringe months when it's cooler like now that's October and it's 34 degrees last night, but still a really comfortable bag. All I have on is uh, you know light pair of polypro bottoms and a t-shirt and sleep very comfortably. The the nicest thing about the and wife chose Nemo over the last few years I have a I have a warmer back or I'm sorry a cooler bag that I use in the summer but the thing that keeps me coming back or the spoon shape and I might be kind of hard to see in this camera angle, but it affords a lot more room along where your knees are and up by your shoulders so you don't get that same cocoon feeling that you do in a conventional mummy bag. and I'm a side sleeper and I think the majority of people are, so this allows you to kind of roll back and forth and stay comfortable and not always feel so confined

 My wife's not here right now, but it's usually we, but it's me right now. Another nice thing that Nemo does is they use responsibly sourced down and they use a nickel ax reading it right on the side here. Nick Wax Hydrophobic down. So in this breathable foot box as well as the rest of the bag, you've got a a down that's been responsibly sourced and also hydrophobic which is good

Not for men with broad shoulders.

 But there's this little addition and I don't know if many sleeping bags have this, but it's called the blanket fold and it's just this little piece right here. It's just a little flappy piece of down. What you do is you just tuck your head under this hood, just lay it straight over your face, and man, when you got that blanket fold on, you just go straight to toast town. I mean, it is so warm in here

 But what it also has is this little flap and what you can do is you can stick a jacket or even a Nemo Fillo pillow inside and it's going to hold your pillow in place so it doesn't slide all around your sleeping bag at night. So the coldest night that I ever slept in, this was probably about 28 degrees which was cold enough to where it made the skin on my face hurt. But there's this little addition and I don't know if many sleeping bags have this, but it's called the blanket fold and it's just this little piece right here. It's just a little flappy piece of down

 So I'm gonna unpack the bag for you and you're gonna see how much it really fluffs out once we pull it out of here. Let me flip it around for you. So looking at the bag, you can see it's made out of nylon rip stop. This shell on the top is actually 30d nylon while the foot box is 40d nylon

Great Bag a Bit Small!

 It makes it a lot easier to get in here, but I'll put the bag in here in a second so you can see it. But first, before I do that, let me let me lay down on the bag. So I'm actually five five and I like to see people see how how much you can fit in here. So I'm gonna lay down my head at the top and you can see if this bag would really accommodate someone a lot bigger than me

 It has been rated to 15 degrees, but according to Nemo's website, it has been tested and proved itself at temperatures as low as 5 degrees. All right, let's take a look at this great bag. [Music] All right, let's go ahead and get into this bag. At first glance, it comes in this wonderful mesh storage shack

 So I'm actually five five and I like to see people see how how much you can fit in here. So I'm gonna lay down my head at the top and you can see if this bag would really accommodate someone a lot bigger than me. I'd see there's probably about three to five inches below, which is really great for someone taller, you should have plenty of room. The other great feature as I have mentioned is that side sleep

 The foot box is actually waterproof, which is really really great when sleeping in a tent. There can be condensation on your tent in the middle of the night, so brushing your feet up against those, sometimes your feet get all wet, so this nice waterproof keeps your feet nice and dry in the middle of the night in your bag dry, which is a really great feature. The next thing I see when I'm looking at this bag is, uh, what Nemo calls these thermo gills. These really help regulate the temperature of the bag, so in the summer I find myself crawling into the bag and I unzip them so I can get a little airflow in the middle of the night

Faulty Zipper

 Comes with a storage sack and a compression (not waterproof) sack. Additionally, your body has a lot of extra air to warm up within the bag.

 Chances are you're an active sleeper looking at this bag, and the extra room is probably worth it. 

But that comes at the size & weight penalty. It is a tad larger and heavier than most (even comparing 650fp down). Comes with a storage sack and a compression (not waterproof) sack. Additionally, your body has a lot of extra air to warm up within the bag

Comfort at last

I plan on using mine as a guilt in my hammock instead of in a tent.  I haven't tried it yet that way, but I plan on it soon.

 Luckily I had my backup cold weather bag with me. It's rather bulky and I was hoping this bag would work out for the better. Not so. I can not recommend this bag
