It will certainly be easier to warranty at REI. I've been testing this thing out and it's for sure my new pillow.

I use Nemo Fillo Elite pillow, but I use 2 of them. 1 will not keep your spine level. What I do is inflate the bottom one to the max, and then the 2nd pillow I inflate to perhaps 80-90%. It has a nice little release valve that you can let out juuuust the right amount of air till you have the required support.

So my sleeping arrangement isn't exactly normal, and this pillow isn't cheap, but it does a great job and won't flatten out. I use the **NEMO Fillo**, which clocks in at 40 bucks. So what's great about it? It's a hybrid memory foam / inflatable, so you can dial in the exact amount of support you want, and it still feels great under head.
