The Nidra Deep Rest is a basic model at a low price, but it still offers contoured eye covers for the best comfort of all the models that we tested. Notably one of the lightest masks of the bunch, it's made with 100% polyester interlock fabric and a thin foam insert. There is a small snag-free velcro patch on the elastic strap, which seems to imply that it isn't meant to be adjusted. We measured the unstretched circumference to be around 20.5 inches. When it fits properly, it does its job well. 
Testers with smaller faces had more of a struggle with this mask staying in place. Light tends to leak in by the nose and eventually everywhere if you move around a lot. The velcro can be adjusted slightly by misaligning it, but this adds or subtracts only an inch or so. If you attach the velcro to any of the other parts of the strap, then it begins to pull apart the fabric. Overall, the ultralight fabric is quite comfortable, and we love the deep contours for maximum eyelash room. Ideal for ultralight travel and for those wishing to spend the least for more-than-fair quality, we feel the Nidra offers the top comfort for its price point.

My sleeping mask (the Nidra Deep Rest eye mask). It makes me feel fancy and also vastly improves my sleep.

What is an everyday item that you love to use and brings joy every day?

Needs Cutting To Work.

I like the shape of this eye mask, but in order for it to keep its form it needs to be a little stiff, which means there are small gaps around the nose where light gets in.  I have two suggestions - the need to add some soft fabric around the edge for better contouring/light blocking - make improvements to the band. The first one is fairly strong (a plus) but is so high it feels like it will slip off my head unless it's really tight. - add a second band (even a little lighter weight) would help keep it in place

Bought this for upcoming travel and returned. I have a fairly high bridge on my nose, and this mask didn’t quite fit. If I pulled it down to where it covered my eyes comfortably, it pressed against my nose uncomfortably. If I loosened it, it didn’t stay on, and if I rested it on the bridge of my nose, it was halfway up my forehead

  Although I used it for several years, the Earth Therapeutics mask does the worst job of staying in place all night. I think this is because it does not have as much shape or structure as the other two masks. Also, it presses on your eyes, making it a bit less comfortable than the other two masks. I no longer use this mask

This is a side-by-side comparison of three masks: Earth Therapeutics Mind/Body Therapy Sleep Mask, Cotton, Silk  Bedtime Bliss® Contoured & Comfortable Sleep Mask & Moldex® Ear Plugs  Premium Quality Eye Mask with Contoured Shape By Nidra   I've used the Earth Therapeutics soft mask for five years, and the the Nidra and Bedtime Bliss masks for the last several months. All have their advantages and disadvantages. My favorite is now the Nidra mask, but it has an important flaw.  I sleep from after midnight until 8am, and my bedroom is bright

 If you have a small or narrow face, you may want to try the Bedtime Bliss mask first  As far as light blocking and comfort go, both the Nidra and the Bedtime Bliss do a good job. Therefore, my choice is the Nidra because it stays on better after I make the strap longer.  Summary: I have stopped using the Earth Therapeutics mask. The Bedtime Bliss and Nidra are very similar, but the Nidra fits me better and stays in place longer
