 So in between the park, it's fun to turn on and ride it like a real snowboard. Has a power core too, just a tip-to-tail poplar wood core, rail killer edges, which are twice as thick and twice as strong as your standard edge, paired with the new Euro Shed Sidewalls, which is a urethane material in the sidewall, making this one of the most durable park boards on the market.  And this comes with a pretty park friendly flex, it's a 4 out of 10 flex, but I feel like it's a pretty responsive and snappy 4 out of 10 flex. It's not like a jib board flex, it's a responsive flex. The Mercy makes for a great all mountain freestyle board, you know it's stable enough and responsive enough to ride all over the mountain with that freestyle mindset. If you like to ride switch just as much as you like to ride regular, if you like to turn the whole mountain into your park, or if you just like to hang out in the park and shred park all day, then that is what the Mercy likes to do

 There's no side cut disruption, it doesn't come with the power pods like the NitroDrop has, but it has a nice edge hold on ice anyway. The positive camber profile really helps to keep you connected to the snow, the semi-stable flex also keeps it kinda stable and reliable in those harder conditions. It's not going to be quite as good as something with an added side cut disruption, but it does well in most ice conditions. On steeps, it is responsive, it is fun to turn, so it makes nice skidded turns on the steeps

 We are here checking out the Nitro Mercy in a 146. This is a women's park true twin. It comes with a cam out camber profile so you get positive camber in between and under the feet to a early rise rocker on the nose and the tail. And then it also comes with an extruded base

 It's designed specifically for women who are looking for an advanced park freestyle snowboard. It's a little stiffer but still soft enough to press and it's got the pop you need if you're looking to learn bigger, better tricks. The Mercy has a twin shape, has our cam out camber. What cam out camber is, it's camber all the way almost to the contact points and then it's early lift in the nose and tail to give you that snap and response you want when hitting big jumps, deep landings and all that stuff and then the lift in the nose and tail allows you to press higher, better, easier and it's a little more forgiving so you're not going to catch your contact points when you're spinning around

 So you're hitting rails, hitting boxes, bashing it up, you're going to want an edge that can handle it all and not going to break.  The Mercy has our urban flex so it's a softer flexing board with a dual digressive side cut which means there's a tighter radius in between the bindings and then the radius mellows out from the tip and on the tail. That's going to allow you to initiate turns with ease and it's going to be forgiving when you go in and out of them. But when you're at the apex of your turn really laying it down you're going to hold it's going to hold really really well and you're going to do euro carves like you've never done before. 2020 Nitro Women´s Mercy Snowboard Review

 It's got your camber in between, and then I can't tell if it goes up to a little bit of early rise on the tip and tail or if it's full camber, but I'm assuming it probably has a little bit of early rise in here since it's the freestyle. It's kind of a mid-flex board, so not super soft. It's still got a lot of pop and liveliness as you're coming off the jumps, but it's soft enough to give it a little butter, play around, bring it on to some jibs. I think this would be a pretty fun board in the pipe

 It was easy to lock in the edge. It is a little bit less aggressive than a couple of the other boards I rode for Nitro today, but also very fun. Spins were easy, like it's pretty light. Yeah, it's pretty light, so it's easy to kind of like throw around, you know, and try new things with

 You can tell what it's going to do, which is nice. That's what I like. But not extremely aggressive, so it could be for the intermediate rider. Yeah, it's not like you have to go extreme on this
