Accessory company Nomad is overhauling its line of charging cables across the board with a major redesign that adds a whole bunch of Kevlar — actual, licensed Kevlar — to the mix for what promises to be even tougher cables than the company’s already-strong cords.

 And on the inside here, we do see this nice tough cable. So 1.5 meters is 5 foot, the 0.3 meters is going to be a little bit shorter

 But we'll try it just to see if it does anyway. So this one is micro USB and that one is charging. And that one is not going to fast charge, but we do have charging. So micro USB works fine, USB-C works fine

 So let's go ahead and take this out and check it out. So taking a quick look at it here, you can see we do have this nice thick construction. This is that Kevlar material there. So it is nice and thick

 The whole thing is metal. So really nice construction, Nomad branding right there. You do also have this little wrap here. So if you wanted to wrap it up, you can do that
