Here we're looking at the Omega H, 3000 co-producer finishing up a citrus juice. How we get here, let's be fine, this juice has in it four oranges, ginger and one lemon. So we use a lot of ginger and this is the easiest way to peel it. For oranges and the lemon I want to leave some of the skin in because the oil in the skin actually tastes pretty good

 So this is a fast way of preparing the oranges. I'M gon na do the same thing for the lemon. I'M not too particular about the seeds. If I see them, I'm gon na remove some of it, but leaving some of the minutes totally fine, as well with everything prepped

 More importantly, very easy to clean. The only part that requires kind of deep cleaning is the filter, and what I learned is that I can just put the filter in one of the spin with warm soapy water and just let it soak for a while. And it tends to clean out easier so overall, a great home juicing machine 

 I'M gon na feed the pieces in a few at a time, [, Music ]. You can tell that, depending on your state of the piece, sometimes they need a little bit of help with the pusher some other time. If they are squarish, they tend to just get caught and self thread into the device. So if we bring this out, yes, we are getting some drips, it's actually been quite efficient.  These days, thanks to Anthony William, also known as the medical medium we're gon na go ahead and use straight celery in the omega Cobras 365, as well as straight cucumbers. This recipe would work a lot better if you mix these two items, but that is not what the medical medium recommends. He recommends straight celery juice and straight cucumber juice. I think there are definitely some benefits of drinking mono juices of the same exact fruit, although in my opinion, there's also benefits to mixing them, so in this video I'll be probably drinking something straight and also making a mix of both alright
