 Do you think it's coincidence that for the first time in the years and years and years of oneplus phones, they finally added wireless charging, the ip certification? Just those last couple things people were asking them to add so that they can compete at the high price? No, they added all those things to this higher end phone to compete, of course, and make it a better phone, but also now it makes a perfect opening for a couple months later, oneplus nord to slide in and have basically all the same smart trade-offs that they've Been doing over the years with their flagships from like 2015 up until now, what are the downsides of this phone? No ip certification, no headphone, jacks sub-par cameras a little bit lower, end stuff, but just making the right cutoffs and, at the end of the day, they've made the right trade-offs if you're shopping for a phone anywhere under 500 bucks or 500 euros or 30 000 rupees Or whatever that magical price range is for you, this is something to look at no question easy to recommend easy to consider, but now i'm looking forward to the rest of what the nord range will bring, i think inevitably there's a version of this.  It'S useful it'll be high quality. This phone - the nord, absolutely doesn't do that it never automatically switches to that separate macro camera, because often the photos from this macro camera are actually worse than if you just use the main camera and get as close as you can and then crop in. That'S not an exaggeration seriously. I try this a few times and almost every time i just take the photo from the main camera crop in a bit and when you put it next to the macro version, it's usually better, and this makes the additional camera module feel pointless and then there's the Depth camera, which in theory should make for some improved portrait shots and they they look pretty good, mostly with some occasionally quirky edge detection

 It'S just bad, but it's better than not having a speaker at all, so they just put that speaker in there and it's functional. But these cameras. The logical thing to do here is cut it down to maybe one maybe two cameras. If you need them and take the money saved and put them into other things, that might be more noticeable like wireless charging or a metal frame or just better primary cameras, but either way

 I found it's actually a little bit noisier a little worse overall, but definitely in the same league, decent photos. If you don't pixel peep too much, but once you zoom in you probably won't be too impressed by detail or anything like that. It'S fine, the ultrawide camera it does its job with the whole dramatic wide perspective for sure. But it's immediately soft

The TRUTH About OnePlus Nord!

Overall the phone is great, but the SoC just sucks, even the launcher lags. Also, you'll hate this phone because you can't unlock it sometimes and that's something you'll do a lot and if unlocking doesn't work for 40% of the time... It's gonna be frustrating.

It's display is really good, camera's too, but the performance and in-display fingerprint scanner just makes this phone bad. The SoC has almost the same performance as the S7 (edge) the flagship phone from 2016.

Why I should/shouldn't buy A51? Pros/Cons?

 The qualities that matter most for day-in-day-out use are display, performance, and battery life, and there the N100 does not compromise. Among phones in the sub-$200 price range, this one is a standout.

&nbsp;Low-light photos, on the other hand, are a loss. Our test shots were muddy, flat, and full of noise.&nbsp;

Call quality is also a win. Our test calls were crisp and clear, and noise cancellation worked perfectly. The 86dB-maximum-volume earpiece was also loud enough to hear on a busy street.&nbsp;

On Geekbench 5, a benchmarking test that quantifies raw computing power, the N100 scored 278 single-core (SC) and 1,294 multi-core (MC). For comparison&rsquo;s sake, the G Play scored 255 SC and 1,269 MC on the same test. The differences between the two phones are so minor that it&rsquo;s unlikely you&rsquo;d notice any difference with normal use.&nbsp;

OnePlus Nord N100 Review

 It comes in at around half the price of even the pixel 4a and oneplus nord. This is a proper budget smartphone, let's get into it. What is the nord n100? Well, it's a super cheap plastic smartphone with a gorilla class coated 720p display, that's laid out in the similar kind of way as the nord and the oneplus 8t, both much higher end phones. As for the specs

 This isn't a flagship. It'S not got super fast charging. I think it's rather respectable, but at the same time it's not going to help you in a pinch. Thankfully, you probably won't be in a pinch very often with a battery

 This thing in just over two hours, so it actually does take a little while to charge it and it being a huge battery. It does make sense. This isn't a flagship. It'S not got super fast charging

 With the snapdragon 460 and four gigabytes of ram, isn't the smoothest experience in the world and it does put the decision to use an ics display into question when oftentimes it's barely able to match 60 hertz, the 64 gigabytes of storage is expandable with a micro sd Card up to 256 gigabytes, which is handy, this isn't a gaming phone, most games run on it and they look okay, but they do stutter and lag rather often, especially the more demanding ones for games like clash, royale and 8 ball. You should be alright, though, but here's the thing, and i hark back to the start of this video, where we were talking about value for money versus budget sure this is a budget smartphone, but its value for money is questioned when the performance is slow. Now, in six months, when the performance is degraded, is it even going to be worth keeping or are you going to want to upgrade at which point have you really saved any money if you're going to be buying two smartphones, however, because this chipset is such a Power sipping component, the battery life is fantastic. I mean truly brilliant

OnePlus Nord N100 review: When budget doesn't mean value

* Battery wise they are both similar, and should last a full day with ease, maybe even two with light use.

* The chipset and GPU are slightly better in the OnePlus, but both will be fast, with very little between them.

The most important thing to me is the UI. I absolutely hate bloatware and ads throughout phones. The phone needs to be snappy, and the software well optimized. I also appreciate fast firmware updates

* They both have AMOLED screens, with 90Hz, except the OnePlus is equipped with HDR10+.

Verdict – Not perfect but a decent overall package

 It just gives it that buttery smooth feeling it just. I say that every time let's do a different food, not butter. What'S slippery, it's like a sesame oil, smooth feeling. Overall, i think they made the exact right choices when it comes to display, especially when you're not trying to compete with specs as much because you're a budget oriented phone brilliant, and that leads me to the battery life

 I don't think it needs a crazy high resolution on a screen. This wide. You don't need to go more than 720 lines of resolution. I just don't think we need it

 First of all, let's just talk about where this is trying to stand in the marketplace. This is a 200 phone um, so everything i'm reviewing. I'M keeping that in mind because there's a big difference between how i review a 200 phone and a 1200 phone okay. So, starting off with the specs, it's got the snapdragon 460 and the adreno 610 gpu four gigabytes of ram and 64 gigs of storage um

 They made choices with how to do the display and i think they made the right choices. Um one. It'S a 720p display, so it's 720 by, i believe, they're not stretching for like 1080 or or you know 1440p, but they don't need to right at 720. It still has a 269 pixel per inch, pixel density um, which means i i don't notice the pixels

OnePlus Nord N100 Review (2021): Value?

I think the OnePlus Nord suits your needs very well if it's available in your region. The Snapdragon 765G should be more than enough for daily tasks and it should run every game smoothly, the screen is a very nice OLED with deep saturated colours and a 90hz refresh rate so scrolling should also be smooth. I think the 4000 mAh battery is also enough to last a whole day for most users. I don't own a Nord, but I have a OnePlus phone and I have to say that it's very fast.

I don't want it to lag, stutter, or heat up whether I'm browsing Reddit, watching youtube for several hours, or on a 1-2 hour play session of a demanding game. I would like a high-res screen with vivid colors. The camera is not that important. I don't mind high-range if mid-range is not possible with these specifications.

Mid-range (battery, performance, display)

 The camera is ok in good light but is poor in low light situations. Phone isn't fast for intensive games but its plenty fast enough for using chrome, gmail, and netflix.  I'd give it 4 stars if not for fact that you can't disable notifications for the OnePlus Store. You can't delete it which would be fine if you could hide it
