Not a fan of the velcro

 The product is great overall and I use it for the office and when I go biking. It has a compartment to fit a 15 inch laptop and plenty of extra space. It’s pretty minimal, but it’s all I need.

It’s a nice, simple backpack that’s great for everyday commute. Unfortunately, I got sent the 17L despite ordering the 23L. I’m going to have to return it.

 It is the perfect size for commuting without causing excessive wind-drag.  Would absolutely buy again.

Durable, water-resistant, and comfortable

 The straps are quite long- so it can probably accommodate even the uh, widest of people. For me however, they're pretty long- and the bottom strap seems to dangle about 1 feet and a bit more.  Did I mention it's super durable?

 I had previous experience with the roll-down top (a pair of Ortlieb panniers), so I knew it would keep the rain out and would be easy to manage. I'm pretty much hooked on Ortlieb products.

Suits my needs perfectly as a bicycle commuter. I unexpectedly found myself using the chest straps (I never used the one on my old backpack) and liking them—they make the bag feel more secure on my back.
