 Since having a bad experience with this seller i'm not sure i will order again but if i would i would get the first fit that was a little too snug and just get an extender and wait a few weeks for a better fit.

Since i fluctuate between two sizes,i originally purchased this in the smaller size,wanting it to have more support. It felt very supportive and jumping up and down for a few minutes caused no pain so i would say definitely fits what i'm looking for in a bra. However,the band felt too tight,even for a sports bra,and the cup was just right but pretty narrow for me,being on the even-fullness,wider side. I have this problem with a lot of Panache bras

 The other one came in the wrong size,so i had to return and the replacement was lost in transit so i'm not sure what that would fit like. It was smaller in band and bigger in cup and still felt very supportive although understandably not very comfortable. Despite being the wrong size it still kept things together.  To be honest, I could do with a 28 wasteband, but 30 is fine. I have tried on those different types of bras, same size, but I think materials are a little bit different in some bras, because obviously, we love bras, I think they might have more stretchy material. This one is quite good at holding me still. As you can see, on it it's quite open at the top, a little bit I don't like, because obviously I feel like I might pop out the top

 But I still feel quite secure wearing this bra and there weren't much movement around the waistband and not much movements in the cup. So my boobs felt, well, they weren't in pain or anything like that and there weren't really much moving about, as you can see. My arm movements were quite good, though I do have small shoulders, so there is quite a close here, but still quite comfortable. I didn't try the racer back, where you cross at the back, because I'm not a contortionist, so I can't really do that and I don't think I would, because I wouldn't be able to get out of it

The shape of the bra is extremely unflattering, such that your boobs are squished into a strange square flat shapes with no cleavage at all and yet no support. Maybe this bra is just designed to fit only people who are very small around the middle with a very large cup size, but it is a bad fit for me

The band around the middle is very tight, particularly given that I wear a 36 regular bra and bought a 38 in this bra for comfort. Poor fit

 The straps are nice and wide for comfort across your shoulders. We have a look around to the side and the underband. Again there is a good width at the side there and it does together at the bottom with a standard hook and eyebrow clasp. The straps are fully adjustable and the other option with the straps is they can be clipped together

 You can see on the inside of the cups however, they are completely seam free to avoid any chafing. The cups are lightly moulded, again just to help with that nice smooth shape and to provide some thickness and some support in the fabric. The straps are nice and wide for comfort across your shoulders. We have a look around to the side and the underband

Review of the Panache Underwired Sports Bra

  The fabric is not very soft/comfy either and after really long runs (>6 miles) I get really bad chafing on my breast bone.  However, it secures my boobs so well that it’s still superior to my VS and UA bras and I wear it for all my high impact workout.

 I think it's the fishnet detail and like the fluoro, it really makes me want to go to a rave you guys. It's a sports bra that has been raved about by bloggers and customers and staff for many many years and now that I've finally tried it, I can totally see why. I'm actually surprised I've never managed to try this sports bra in my size in the time I've worked at Braver but now that I have, I'm like okay, let me reconsider. It's pretty damn good

 It may not be the most comfortable thing and it may flip on you and it may make you feel a little uncomfortable. When you're trying on this sports bra, do a lot of movement in it. Make sure that you're going to feel it in all of its usual positions so it's not going to be bothersome to you when you're at the gym. Nash backbands tend to run quite firm and their sports bras are probably even firmer because they're designed to be really supportive

 It's pretty damn good. In fact, I would go as far as to say it's excellent and I get what all those bloggers are on about now. The way I would describe these cups are they're like booster seats for each of your breasts so there's a lot of like cushioning in the underwires so you can barely feel them against your skin. It's a little bit of moulding in the bra so you're not going to have any visible nipples when you're in a really really cold gym and you're also going to just feel like each breast is in its own place and it's not going to move

It's awkward

 Stand in front of the mirror with your arms above your head. Your bra should stay in place and the underband shouldn't ride up or be too tight. It should stay firmly in place, just like mine. If your underband is too loose, then the back will ride up, like this

 You can alter the length of your straps using the adjusters at the back. Ensure the straps are firm, but not too tight. There are several different bra styles. The full cup offers a nice rounded shape whilst giving full coverage and support

 Regarding the cup area, there should be no wrinkling or space in the cup. The cups of your bra should hug the breast. Come a bit closer to see how it should look. See, it's nice and snug
