Best shampoo and conditioner that worked for you?

Pantene lively clean has been my favourite for the longest and i don't think I'll ever stop using it. So non-drying and keeps my hair frizz free. Although i don't like the shampoo, but loreal rapid reviver in clay is amaze. It doesn't feel heavy on my hair and doesn't leave an oily residue!.

[24F] Any shampoo recommendations for thin+fine+oily scalp?

It does make my hair dry and frizzy more than it already is genetically, but I compensate by conditioning and hair masking (1X a week) properly. If my hair feels weighed down I use Pantene lively clean once a week to cut any product buildup.

Shampoo for oily scalp and dry hair ends

For split ends you gotta cut them and for oily scalp, any gentle shampoo should work. I use Pantene lively clean and dilute in a mug and massage it on the scalp only. The lather from the scalp will be enough to clean the strands. Also oiling before shampoo helps with cleaning all the buildup.

Sulfates or non Sulfates

Personally, I currently use a sulphate free shampoo on most days (Earth Rhythm murumuru) and every 2 weeks I use pantene lively clean + anti dandruff shampoo, which removes any build up that wasn't removed by SLS free shampoo. My hair is currently in the best state it's ever been in :).

Without sulphates you won't get rid of the buildup and it will lead to poor scalp health. I use Pantene Lively Clean every once in a while (maybe once a month, twice in the humid summers). It's got "harsh" sulphates which strip my hair and scalp clean of all buildup. Unfortunately with really short hair you can't avoid getting shampoo all up in your hair.
