Best Pellets

 First and second are the grille grates. First they are about 3/8" shorter than the grill is depth wise which means when you try to clean them you slam them back and forth since they aren't tight (see pics). Second is that there are 4 pieces? There is one large grate, one medium grate, and two that look like someone cut them wrong and threw them in the box. They work but I have no idea why anyone would configure them this way since they don't sit evenly due to the cut ends sticking out (see pics)

Pretty solid build but some annoyances...

Here is a quick look at the Pit Boss Pro Series 850. I assemble it, prime and do the initial burn off, smoke a couple whole chickens and a couple picnic hams. I can't wait to do more reviews on this smoker so leave a like and a comment of what I should smoke up next. Thank you all for watching!
