The Premiumracks Professional Stainless has it all, and we put it to good use. The two-tiered setup is a breeze, with clear instructions and visuals to refer to when assembling. There was plenty of room for our set amount of dishes, our chef's knife dried nicely in the knife block, and our glasses and cutting board even had their own side drainage trays. If you are looking for a drip-free countertop experience while washing the dishes, PremiumRacks is a nice choice, as it comes with two draining board types underneath and a microfiber mat for catching water to utilize as desired. The silverware caddy is large, holds a variety of utensils, and also easily detaches for cleaning when necessary. 
Due to the accessories, the PremiumRacks can start growing "wings" and take up counter space, as it expands out to 21" with the side drainage systems in place. We find the drainage system attachments a bit cumbersome at times and feel they are less practical for smaller households where fewer dishes are done at a time, or if you don't mind, a quick wipe of the countertop to get a few water drops while the dishes are drying. However, if you have a bigger household, the size and add-ons of the PremiumRacks might be a perfect fit.

 But it's falling short and I haven't even used it yet. Maybe my expectations were too high? But in about 10 minutes I already feel like returning it. Note that I live alone and don't have a ton of dishes, I was just excited at the modularity of this thing. Welp

 There's two clip on plastic pieces onto which the upper tray fits in. They raise the tray a lot (too much), and limit where all the little add-ons (like the bonus water catcher, or the clip-on glass attachments) will fit. 8. I wanted to try to fit the clip-on glass attachments onto the upper tray so that the glasses would drain over the drainage boards instead of over the sides and have to use the super bonus drainage systems, but the clips are too wide to fit on the upper section

 Not good. Placing large pans or pots in the rack was OK unless you had other things to dry; there just wasn't room for much else once the pasta pot or large fry pan was set in there. Good Concept, Reality was Another Story

  If I can find a drain pan that is the perfect size to put underneath it, that would solve most of the problems for me, and would be worth at *least* one more star. If you have a large kitchen, with plenty of counter space or a a big empty place to stuff this thing when you want it off the counter, that would help a bunch, too.  As is? Meh. At best

 it's sturdy, and the chrome/stainless is holding up so far and looks nice. The knife drying attachment is nice, and the butcher block holder is a certified "WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?!" feature.  BUT -- three cup holders is a weird low number and they are a weird-small size. And it's not really all that configurable

 It's not as "configurable" as one might be led to believe from the description. It's large -- which has pros and cons, as it can handle a lot of pans / dishes, but it's an unnecessarily annoying process to put it under the sink or otherwise hide it when you need the counter space. it's sturdy, and the chrome/stainless is holding up so far and looks nice. Large... but larger than the catch pan

Let's start with the most important details: It looks like it could actually be 304 stainless (time will tell).  Honestly, the design of this thing isn't great. It takes up a lot of space when fully outfitted. Worse is that it's just kind of awkward fully outfitted

Good Enough (also compact configuration reccomendation)

  On this dish drainer I found that the cups would not be secure in the cup holders and broke a few glasses with them falling off. I also wish the sides were a bit higher to keep things from falling over. I didn’t find the second level dish rack practical because it leaves very little vertical space underneath that I could only put very small bows in. I think it defeats the purpose of having a second tier rack if both spaces aren’t fully functional

 The cup holder drain pan attachment has the same problem.  I think being able to stack dishes vertically with higher sides works better for me.  The thing I liked the least about this rack was the draining board. The angle is off and water just pools and eventually evaporates leaving white spots because I live in an area with hard water

Not what I expected

I was really hoping that this dish rack would work out for me, but unfortunately, it did not. 

I ended up removing the top shelf because I have several large pots and pans that would not fit in the rack if I kept the top shelf of the rack.

 Materials have not lived up to what is promised with this one. That in mind, it is still a relatively large sturdy strainer that may suit your needs well. Just don't expect the metal to perform like true stainless steel.
